Expérience culinaire parfaite, le plat des oursins est divin, les pétoncles sont savoureux & le tartare de canard est exquis (à manger absolument avec le pain fait maison). Le service est excellent. Belle ambiance, un peu sombre & musique un peu forte mais rien pour gâcher la découverte culinaire.

Nous avons passé une soirée fantastique Chez Jean-Paul! Du service chaleureux & attentionné aux plats savoureux & raffinés & mettent à l'honneur des produits locaux. L'expérience est complète grâce aux recommandations du sommelier, le tout dans une ambiance conviviale & décontractée. La mise en bouche d'oursin en provenance de Rimouski vaut à elle seule le détour. Gros coup de coeur également pour le tartare de coeur de canard & la mascarpone citronnée. Prix en équation avec une adresse gastronomique & le niveau de recherche. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

Sublissime découverte du Resto Chez Jean Paul ce midi! Nichée sur un coin discret de la rue Bélanger, cette adresse est incontestablement à graver dans votre répertoire des " best of" gastronomiques de Montréal. Mes confrères & moi avons laissé le chef nous surprendre avec son menu dégustation...& les onomatopées de ravissement se sont enchainées à chaque bouchée de chacune des inspirations servies..Oursins suaves, couteaux délectables, Ris de veau fondant, pétoncles à mourrir de plaisir..& j en passe.
