Une très belle expérience culinaire qui a ravi nos papilles. Le chef sait sublimer les aliments & la sommelière a l'art d'accorder les vins de manière subtile. Une adresse à conseiller , même si hors des circuits classiques. Très prometteur.

Une adresse précieuse pour les amateurs de cuisine audacieuse. Les charcuteries maison sont surprenantes & originales (l'esturgeon séché style lomo espagnol était un véritable délice), & les abats ou coupes moins nobles, souvent délaissés, sont magnifiés avec justesse (gros coup de coeur sur la terrine de flanc d'agneau). Le service est chaleureux & passionné. Une belle démonstration de savoir-faire & d'inventivité qui mérite le détour.

Nous avons adoré notre soirée. Service impeccable, plats d'une très grande qualité & de très bons vins & cocktails. Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois. Tous les plats étaient succulents, soit l'entièreté du menu.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce restaurant à notre entourage. Petit bijou caché du quartier !
