Ça vaut le détour ! La poutine est excellente, la sauce est unique, légèrement poivrée, bonnes frites & le fromage est très frais ! Le propriétaire était sur place, très sympathique & attentionné. Suggestion: ouvrir un resto à Montréal !

Tellement bon, on a essayé le hot dog cajun, la poutine & la frite fromage bacon creme sure. Bref un régal en bouche. Le propriétaire Hugo est tellement sympathique, viens voir au table être sur que tout est ok & parler avec c'est client. Bref l'essayer c'est l'adopte
Amazing smash burgers & hotdogs. Small kids play area in the back the food is absolutely awesome. Drive out of my way to eat there with the kids. Not sure what I'm going to do in the winter since there isn't any indoor dining. Staff is really nice also they always give the kids free lolly pops 🤙

Un 5 étoiles sans faute. Tout est parfait. La nourritures est excellente, la beauté du resto. Tout est bien pensé, le coin feu, l'air de jeu pour les enfants. La propreté des lieux( le proprio met la main à la pâte... changement de poubelle pis toute le kit). Une beau petit plaisir dans notre beau quartier. A ne pas manquer!!
The best spot ever. Hugo is a beauty & it's exactly what you want from a casse croute. The smashburger is amazing & the poutine also insane. Must try spot if you're around or on your way upnorth!
Loved it so much that we went back 6 weeks in a row. Great smash burgers, poutine is very good & the milkshakes are excellent. Hugo is always to there to welcome people. Great little place, best snack bar / burger joint in the Laurentides. Also the price /portion ratio is fantastic

I told my girlfriend I wanted to shake Hugo's hand for the best poutine ever, & she reminded me he already did when we showed up. The chefs killed it with that poutine, I'd go back any day. To top it all, the curds stayed squeaky the whole hour drive home.
Vendredi soir 19 h, envie d'une vraie bonne poutine! Mais..la Patate à Charley est déjà fermée alors direction La Patate à Hélène sauf que, malgré que la fermeture soit indiqué à 19 h 30 sur Google, & ben tout était noir. & là, me revient à l'esprit d'avoir entendu parlé de Chez Hugo qqch! Cherche sur Google & je trouve! Chez Hugo Burger Shop, fermeture à 20 h 30! Bon, je suis sceptique mais mon chum & moi prenons la chance de faire la route quand même. Suprise!! C'est ouvert & s'est occupé! Belle découverte, qui vaut le détour à 200%! L'ambiance est A1, le service est A1, la poutine est A1 (les frites, la sauce & le fromage!! Accord parfait en bouche!) & pis oui, le smash burger signature était aussi A1! En plus, j'imagine que c'était Hugo qui était la pour accueillir le monde & s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Bravo! Ouvert jusqu'à la mi décembre, non mais quoi dire de plus que : on va revenir bientôt!
J'ai été accueilli par le propriétaire, super chaleureux & sueor humain. C'est ma première fois. Il m'a serrer la main & tout expliquer le menu au complet!! Je recommande vraiment !!

A perfect Casse Croûte. They even made a lettuce wrap burger for my gluten free wife; the only place up north we've ever found willing to do this. 😋 We'll be back!
Moi & mon mari sommes difficiles sur les casse-croûte. Nous avions un coup de coeur pour celui à Mascouche, mais depuis que nous avons essayé chez Hugo, nous sommes conquis par leurs produits, le service & l'ambiance. La crémerie est aussi plus qu'excellente, Dairy Queen c'est de la petite crème glacée !
Smash burger deluxe & frite très très bon! Très bon service! Ambiance chaleureuse endroit très propre & très beau! proprio présent & sympathique musique foyer & crémerie! terrasse chauffée! Première fois mais pas la dernière casse croute vraiment sur la coche je recommande fortement!
