Cantine ouverte 6 mois par année car on y mange exclusivement dehors ou pour emporter si je ne me trompe pas. La poutine est incroyable. Pour 9$, un plat creux ronde de 6 ou 7 pouces de diamètre. Les frites sont croustillantes à souhait, le fromage est abondant & frais jusqu'au fond du plat & la sauce au poivre est un délice. Ni trop salé, ni trop riche. Mes convives ont commandé une grande frite à partager qui est plus que généreuse. Nous n'avons pas expérimenté le bar laitier ni visité les toilettes alors je ne peux formuler de commentaire sur ces éléments. Hugo, le propriétaire est présent sur place & est venu se préserver à nous. Nous avons discuté une bonne dizaine de minutes & il est passé à plusieurs reprises pour nettoyer les tables & saluer les clients qui arrivaient ou quittaient. Merci Monsieur Hugo, votre cantine est vraiment magnifiquement tenue & superbement accueillante!

Sérieusement, si vous n'y êtes jamais allé vous manquez une belle expérience. La nourriture est bonne, le personnel est super sympathique & il y a de beaux petits coins pour manger pour tout le monde, petits & grands. La prochaine fois nous essaierons la crème glacée.
