Ma famille & moi allons à ce restaurant depuis au moins 20 ans & nous sommes TOU-JOURS satisfaits. Le service est, certes, parfois (souvent haha) stoïque, mais toujours courtois. Je n'ai pas eu la chance d'essayer tout ce qui se trouve au menu, simplement parce que les hotdogs steamés, les frites & la poutine sont indétrônables, mais ma tante prend toujours un cheeseburger & elle est toujours satisfaite. Cet endroit est, à mon goût, la MEILLEURE place en son genre. Nous y allons chaque fois que mon papa nous rend visite & j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner à sa prochaine visite (si je n'y vais pas avant, hihi)!

Favourite place for hot dogs & delicious poutine whenever we're in Laval. Bright & spacious, it's a great place for a quick meal. We usually reward ourselves here after washing our car at the 24-hour self car wash across the street.

Tried this Chez Girard for the first time & really was not impressed with the food. We had a Hamburger & two Steamed hot dogs & a fries. I am pretty sure the hamburger was previously frozen, & that's why only a two star for the food, the burger's texture was strange. The bun totally flattened out when held. The hot dogs were ok but other spots are much better. Small portion of fries which were so so. The service was fast but not pleasant. The gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly, that's why only 2 stars for service. The restaurant is very clean & bright, with a 60's vibe. Very comfortable. Hot Dogs-7/10 Hamburger 2/10 French Fries 5/10

Le propriétaire mal engueulé, mal réagi à une critique.
Je demande un smoke meat extra maigre : pas de couteau, j'ai dû enlever tout le gras avec mes doigts, je vais le voir & lui dit que j'ai demandé extra maigre, il me répond très fort devant tous les clients que leur spécialité ce sont les hot dogs,je n'irai plus jamais à ce restaurant.
