Dont get me wrong, when you want amazing poutine, burgers n dogs this place absolutely slaps.
Cash only with a shady ATM in 2026 when you clearly accept card payments as it is possible to order delivery through 3rd party apps?

personnellement cette endroit est tranquille & simple, service un peu difficile à comprendre mais sinon une ambiance sympathique, la cuisine a n'a pas l'aire hygiénique & la nourriture était correcte j'ai commander un burger un peu sec quand ont me la servit & demander des extra car ont ma servis une tomate, sinon une boisson un peu flat & non gazeuse c'est à recommander mais pas en premier date

Propriétaire désagréable! Dire à mon fils de donner les condiments du burger d'un coup car c'est plus efficace! Nous étions les 2 seuls clients à ce moment. Je demande 2 cups de ketchup & me faire répondre comment ça 2? Tu vas mettre ça dans la poutine? Il me dit en plus monsieur vous être très difficile! Je me suis vraiment retenu car j'aurais été vraiment bête avec lui aussi! Ça se peut qu'on y retourne car leurs poutines sont bonnes mais je vais pas me gêner d'y répondre s'il recommence!

Tried this Chez Girard for the first time & really was not impressed with the food. We had a Hamburger & two Steamed hot dogs & a fries. I am pretty sure the hamburger was previously frozen, & that's why only a two star for the food, the burger's texture was strange. The bun totally flattened out when held. The hot dogs were ok but other spots are much better. Small portion of fries which were so so. The service was fast but not pleasant. The gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly, that's why only 2 stars for service. The restaurant is very clean & bright, with a 60's vibe. Very comfortable. Hot Dogs-7/10 Hamburger 2/10 French Fries 5/10

One of my favorite spot for a burger in laval, service is a bit rough & moody at times, but once you get used to it, once you understand & it's almost cute... Fries are very good too... ( in my top 20 & I would not describe them as saggy as mentioned here before) The place look stucked in time & has its charm too. It is worth the detour if you are in laval
