It all started in 2009 when they met at a restaurant on Laurier Street. Their common passions quickly brought them together and united them at work as well as in a beautiful friendship. With 22 years of experience, Louis is a veteran in restauration. At the time, he quickly saw Felix's potential in the field. With his curiosity, skills and ambition Felix probably reminded him of himself that age. Un Ton condescendant quand je fais remarquer que nous avions (les 5 prs de la table) compris qu'il y avait un risotto aux maïs qui accompagnait les pétoncles alors que finalement c'était un genre de medley de maïs. Rien de crémeux ni avec parmesan. Pour 44$ on repassera ... Bon service par contre

Plus: Octopus is great Private import wines Laid back atmosphere Food presentation is excellent Minus: Scallops & shrimp donut (expensive option on the menu) were disappointing. Mostly the shrimp donut was too doughy for my taste. I wish I took the braised beef The sommelier chooses the wine for you, not possible to see a list, not much room for discussion about wine preferences. Didn't know the price of wine we took either (they said between 52 & 58 & one of them was 60). We did enjoy the wines we got The staff was nice & all but the waitress on a Thursday night was a little dictatorial. Didn't work for my partner & I but to be fair maybe it would be fine for others
Simply amazing. Third experience & stil awed. Family owed, very casual & cozy . Don't worry about choosing drinks let Louis will take care of you. Nathalie will take care of there rest. Sit back & enjoy the culinary ride. Definetly a hidden gem in a neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants.
10/10 . Chaque plats est savoureux & original. L'ambiance est agréable & le service était impeccable tout au long de la soirée. Un de mes meilleurs souper au restaurants depuis longtemps. Merci Nathalie & Boss à bientôt
