It all started in 2009 when they met at a restaurant on Laurier Street. Their common passions quickly brought them together and united them at work as well as in a beautiful friendship. With 22 years of experience, Louis is a veteran in restauration. At the time, he quickly saw Felix's potential in the field. With his curiosity, skills and ambition Felix probably reminded him of himself that age. Inseparable since then, their passion for good food and good wine led them to create a restaurant that reflects their image. A dream come true: Chez BOSS & fils.

Nous avons très bien mangé - poisson, gnocchi, asperges, tout est délicieux. Le personnel est très sympathique & attentif. Vraiment un restaurant de qualité. Nous allons y retourner c'est certain.

What an amazing experience! Everyone was wonderful, food was delicious & I'm so glad I didn't have to pick the correct drink to go with my meal, everything that was recommended to me was a PERFECT pairing! Definitely returning soon 🤍

Chez Boss & Fils est une adresse incontournable pour quiconque cherche une expérience culinaire authentique & chaleureuse. Dès l'arrivée, on sent le dévouement sincère des propriétaires, présents & attentionnés, qui mettent tout leur coeur à faire de chaque visite un moment spécial.

La cuisine, signée par le talentueux chef Pascal, est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Chaque plat est préparé avec soin, passion & des produits frais de qualité. Les saveurs sont raffinées, bien équilibrées, & témoignent d'un vrai savoir-faire.

Il ne faut pas non plus oublier le reste de l'équipe, toujours accueillante, professionnelle & efficace. Leur gentillesse & leur dynamisme ajoutent une touche humaine à cette belle aventure culinaire.

Our second time now ! Told you we would be back :) got to try many different meals - my fish was delicious. Mike has the duck he literally licked his plate clean lol
My son had the gnocchi & rabbit he was thoroughly impressed he's 13 ;) & already has quite the palate
