Bon. Comment dire ça poliment... Si la cuisine était un film, ce serait Sharknado, version micro-ondes. On m'a servi une lasagne qui semblait avoir vécu trois vies, dont une comme brique. Mention spéciale au pain à l'ail, qui goûtait la nostalgie… de rien.

Par contre, le service? Royal. J'ai jamais vu une serveuse aussi motivée à me convaincre que c'était vraiment bon. Elle m'a même raconté l'histoire tragique de l'ancien chef qui aurait quitté après une vision mystique impliquant un spaghetti mal cuit. J'ai donné un pourboire juste pour l'effort narratif.

Ambiance : Entre le néon qui griche comme un criquet fâché & le petit tableau à la craie qui annonce la soupe du jour (toujours la même depuis mars 2022, visiblement une relique classée patrimoine local), j'avais l'impression d'être dans un musée de l'attente.

& le menu ? On aurait dit une tentative d'unir toutes les cuisines du monde sous une même couverture plastifiée : pizza, soupe Won-ton, souvlaki, poutine au smoked meat, sous-marin, & une fondue parmesan qui s'assume mal. J'ai commandé par instinct de survie, au hasard, comme on pige une carte au tarot.

Bref, allez-y si vous aimez vivre des expériences, mais ne soyez pas trop attachés à vos papilles gustatives.

Ayoye ! Qu'esser j'ai faite la moé a soir ?! C vraiment pu la poutine de v'la 15 ans! Zéro saveur la sauce goût l'eau, il met un peu de fromage en grains & garnie le reste de fromage frappée. pis méfier vous des livreur il tourne le terminal vers eu pour pas qu'ont les vois le prix il rajoute du tip, moé j'lé vue pis vécus!
