The Ceramic Café in Laval opened its doors in 2000 at 565 boulevard Saint-Martin West, between Industrial and Laurentian boulevards, at the corner of Sun Valley Road. Since 2012, it is managed by Louise Fontaine and Paola Cacopardo. The Ceramic Café in Laval has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people, in fact groups of over 50 people regularly organize activities there. C'est un pur moment relaxant pour peinturer des pièces en céramique. Au début je trouvais que la table était trop petite, mais ils ont accepté de nous ajouter une autre table. L'employé qui nous a servi était très souriante & gentille. Elle a été très patiente pour nous montrer les techniques. Surveiller l'application Tuango, car vous pourriez à l'occasion de apercevoir des coupons rabais. Au total, ça a quand même coûté près de 90 dollars pour deux personnes incluant le coupon rabais. On avait consommé un sac de Jujubes, deux cafés lattée ( je n'ai pas aimé le latté) ils ont gentiment accepté de remplacer par un smoothie sans frais additionnels. On a passé environ 4 heures là-bas. On a fait un ensemble de thé 3 pièces & un sucrier. J'ai hâte que ma pièce soit cuite pour que je puisse aller la chercher. Le délai est d'une semaine. Je vais probablement y retourner même si que je trouve que c'est un peu cher mais j'aime le concept donc ça vaut la peine 😊
It was my first time here. I had a really good time here painting my ceramic with my 10 year old & some friends, spent like 4 1/2 hours here & it was very relaxing. Picked up our ceramics a week later, after 5pm as they requested & we absolutely LOVED our finished pieces. I highly recommend trying this place out. I'll definitely be back soon!

Ceramic Café offers a vibrant & welcoming atmosphere where me & my daughter, along with friends, could choose from a wide variety of ceramic pieces to paint. The café aspect adds a lovely twist, allowing guests to sip on some coffee or enjoy snacks while painting. The staff was friendly & helpful, which can make the experience even more enjoyable, especially with kids trying this for the first time. It was a bit crowded, so the noise level might be something to consider if you're looking for a quieter experience. The pricing might feel a bit on the higher side once you add up the cost of the ceramics plus the studio fees, but the unique experience & the joy of creating something beautiful generally balance it out. Overall, Ceramic Café in Laval was the perfect creative retreat for our group, combining the fun of crafting with the ease of having cafe amenities at your fingertips. It's definitely a place to make some colorful memories!
It was a great experience overall, the lady assisting us, Mollie, was SUPER nice. My suggestion would be to work on the timing: 1. we spent about 15 mns waiting at the entrance (no one showed up despite we had a reservation & were on time) 2. The birthday cake was served right after getting off the refrigerator (i would prefer it to be put at the ambient temperature before the service). But its a nice & clean place with polite staff .
I love the experience. My kids love coming here. You have time to relax, grab a snack & bound. But it's EXPENSIVE ! every time I come here, it's OVER 100$ to paint.
Excellent service client! J'ai eu un problème avec la cuisson de ma céramique, puis ils n'ont pas hésité à me la créditer & me donner la possibilité de la refaire sans frais.

Endroit chaleureux & accueillant,par contre le soucis que j'ai rencontrer est lors de mon take out de mon bol (enfin fini 🙂)aujourd'hui 26 mars 2024.Après quelques minutes pour retrouver ma création je l'ai enfin obtenue.Tout c'est bien passée !Le problème est lorsque je suis arrivée à la maison & que j'ai analyser mon bol...Il y avait des spot blanc sur celui-ci alors que il y a 3 semaines quand j'avais fini ma céramique & l'ai remise aux employés je n'en avait pas 🫤Il on dû sûrement accroché avec leurs doigts les endroits qui n'était pas encore sèche...C'est dommage car j'ai passée tant de temps à faire ma création à 2 reprises à des dates différentes😩Bref,je suis déçu & je n'y retournerais probablement pas 🫥
J'ai bien aimé l'activité, c'était fun, dommage que c'est limité dans le temps , 2 heures... Le service est un peu absent, mais bon! Aussi un peu cher à mon goût! Trois tasses plus trois smoothis à 116$ !!! Je ne reviendrai probablement pas .

Service à la clientèle nul. Les jeunes employés font une tête d'enterrement, aucun sourire de personne. Plus jamais je n'irai au céramic café de Laval. Le vibe est trop pourri, au prix que ça coûte, j'espère que nos pièces seront respectées sinon on se se souviendra de moi.
Nous arrivons, on patiente 5 minutes avant de pouvoir nous assoir alors qu'il n'y a presque personne. Quelqu'un nous dit ensuite de nous assoir, d'aller chercher les céramiques que l'on veut & qu'elle reviendra nous voir tout de suite après. Les prix sont assez chers, mais ce n'est pas un problème. On récupère nos céramiques & nous allons nous assoir, nous avons attendu environ 15 minutes mais personne ne vient. Je décide de me lever pour aller demander un verre d'eau & la personne me dit de me rassoir, que quelqu'un viendra à notre table. Après 5 min quelqu'un arrive enfin & nous explique les consignes, tout se passe à merveille après tout ça. Vient la journée du récupérage des céramiques. La dame me dit que malheureusement mes céramiques ne sont pas prêtes, car un des fours ne fonctionne pas & qu'elle ne sait pas quand les miennes seront prêtes. Je viens donc de faire 45 min de route aller-retour pour rien & je ne sais même pas quand mes céramiques seront prêtes. Il faudrait contacter les clients pour les prévenir au moins, le temps d'attente est long même s'il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens, les prix ne sont pas donnés, mais sinon c'est une belle activité !
J'adore les activités artistiques surtout sans le stress d'avoir une limite de temps! Il y a differents prix, mais dépassant 3h cela revient seulement à 15$! Un petit prix pour s'exprimer artistiquement & avoir du plaisir en même temps. La vybe du restaurant était chaleureuse & malgré que certaines tables sont petites, c'est un espace suffisant pour libérer son esprit créatif avec de la céramique de toute formes! Le service était simple, rapide & impecable! Malgré l'achalandage ils on un service texto qui vous permet de savoir quand une table se libère & avez 15 minutes pour confirmer votre présence & y être ; une attente d'environs 1h30, ce qui donne le temps d'aller manger en amis & parler parce qu'une fois au café le focus à tendance à manger la conversation haha. J'ai eux une très belle expérience & j'ai hâte de voir le résultat! À reposter dans quelques jours
Très bel endroit pour une sortie en famille. Le choix de poteries est vraiment vaste & l'éventail de couleurs est parfait. Par contre, une grande partie du matériel pour les pochoirs est manquant (Back order) ou brisé. Le service est quelque peu long mais la gentillesse du personnel compense amplement. Une sortie à faire occasionnellement car quand même dispendieuse. N'oubliez pas de planifier qu'il vous faudra retourner environ 2 semaines après votre visite pour récupérer vos créations :)
