Ceramic Café-Studio is a unique franchise! A ceramic painting studio, a coffee shop and a boutique all in one place. Since opening in 1997, people gather at Ceramic Café-Studio. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished painter, alone, with family or friends, you can come and paint original ceramics, which are both personalized and practical. The famous paninis are well known, the smoothies are delicious and the coffee is comforting. The Ceramic Café in Laval opened its doors in 2000 at 565 boulevard Saint-Martin West, between Industrial and Laurentian boulevards, at the corner of Sun Valley Road. Since 2012, it is managed by Louise Fontaine and Paola Cacopardo. The Ceramic Café in Laval has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people, in fact groups of over 50 people regularly organize activities there. Louise Fontaine and the Ceramic Café Laval team travel into the Laurentians and Lanaudière to provide ceramic painting activities to groups such as schools, day care, summer camps, office parties, showers, children's parties and other occasions. Bad service at the door, was called out Infront of client's, Micro aggression , racism , injustice was accused of giving attitude to the front desk when it's absolutely untrue my phone number was given to be called back to be seated they took my number wrong the last digits was wrong & the front desk told me I was giving them attitude for a mistake they made I was calm & collected the whole time ! I placed a complaint was called by management was given a free entry with my son they apologized I was happy with that conclusion! Come back one week later they LOST my ceramic they can't find it Go figure! I asked for my money back will never go back

Je suis allée au Céramic Café au mois de mai avec mon conjoint pour la première fois & j'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience !
Il est possible de choisir parmis une centaine de céramiques différentes, que ce soit petit ou gros, des bibelots au pot de fleurs, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Nous avons dû mettre une demi heure seulement pour choisir. Le processus est facile à comprendre & les employés sur place sont là pour nous guider dans toute les étapes. Vaste choix de couleurs mise à disposition de tous, en plus des nombreux pinceaux & accessoires. Petit menu café & gourmandises offert pour se rassasier pendant la création. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse & compréhension au fait que je venais de loin, ils ont gentillement acceptés de garder mes céramiques un peu plus longtemps pour me permettre de les reprendre lors de mon prochain passage à Laval. La seul chose que j'ai trouvé un peu moin agréable, fût la grandeur de la table beaucoup trop petite pour recevoir tout le matériel + nos commandes à boire.
Je recommande, c'est une belle activité à faire en famille comme en couple!

I recently brought my nephews & niece to Ceramic Café Studio, & we all had an amazing time! The experience was so fun & unique - it was a great way for the kids to get creative & make their own pieces. The staff was super helpful & friendly, guiding us through the process. It was a perfect mix of art & relaxation, & the atmosphere was warm & inviting.
I highly recommend this place for a family outing or a creative date. We left with our own painted ceramics, & it felt great to see the kids so proud of what they made!

I love the Laval branch of the Ceramic Cafe. Compared to the St Denis one, there is always a table free, no matter when I show up, there is space between the tables & it's huge & airy.
I also appreciate the huge selection of ceramics; the choice is amazing.
Try their London Fog! It's heavenly 😁

Great experience for the ceramic part. Cuisine is just bad, don't go there for food. The panini are just 1 slice of ham & a bit of cheese for 12$. I could make the same sandwich at home for like 0.80$

My girlfriend dragged me to this place. It was cool, you get to choose a ceramic dish, mug.. & you paint it. It's a cafe so you can order drinks/food. They will finish it off for you in a week time with gloss & you have to come back to pick it up. Would have been nice if they had a system where we can get it same day. Staff are kind, one of them speak so fast like x 10 speed you don't understand anything lol but it's ok i figured it out.

I had an excellent experience at Céramic Café Studio Laval thanks to Molie! Her customer service skills are outstanding. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly & informed me about exciting upcoming items, including Christmas ornaments. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. I'm very satisfied with my visit & can't wait to return soon. Highly recommend this store!

It's a fun place to go for an outing & it peaceful & entertaining to pain a ceramic with friends or anyone but be ware if you come with around 4 or plus people you will have to pay an obligation tip of around 40% per person & if you want to surprise for example a friend with a cake for their birthday you have to pay them around 10$ to make them surprise your friend for their birthday. Btw food is expensive but the nachos are good

UPDTAED REVIEW Great experience. Staff was Really nice & helpful, friendly as well. Spent almost 3 hours there . A lots of variety for your ceramic designs . Overall it was one of the best experiences i ever had. Here are some pictures of my my painted ceramic toys . Probably nit the best but i love it . Almost forgot food was awesome as well . I just received My Ceramics after cooking & Glazing They are awesome
