I went to Céramique Café Laval with my kids & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
My invoice came to 133 $ taxes included, but I was charged 150 $ on my card. Before I tapped, the employee simply told me that the total was 150 $. I paid, & only afterward did I receive the receipt, which showed a 17 $'remise'. I had never been told that there was a mandatory 17 $ charge, nor did I choose to leave a 17 $ tip.
I went back inside to ask about it. The employee told me that it was basically a tip & that it was the'policy of the place.' I explained that a tip should be my choice & that nobody had informed me before I paid that I would be charged an additional 17 $. She became upset & started crying, telling me that it was management's decision & that she couldn't do anything, & that I should come back another day to speak with the manager.
What made the situation even more concerning was that I asked for the POS terminal receipt showing the 150 $ transaction, since my bank account clearly shows that I was charged 150 $. Instead of providing it, she removed the papers from the POS terminal & threw them in the garbage, then told me that the machine didn't have any paper & didn't work.
I understand that employees may simply be following management's instructions, & I don't blame her personally for a policy she says she didn't create. But a mandatory charge should be clearly disclosed before a customer pays, especially when it is presented afterward as something resembling a tip.
I don't live nearby & don't want to make another trip just to discuss a 17 $ charge. I'm leaving this review so management can see what happened & hopefully clarify publicly what this'17 $ remise' actually represents & why customers are not informed about it before payment.
I would appreciate an explanation &, ideally, a refund of the 17 $ if it was not voluntarily authorized.
Waww quelle activité relaxante & plaisante! J'y suis allée avec ma mère & nous avons énormément apprécié l'endroit, la gentillesse du personnel & puis tout simplement le concept. Faut compter 1.5h en moyenne pour réaliser son oeuvre ah ah. Vous choisissez l'objet en céramique que vous voulez personnaliser, & après libre à votre imagination. Je recommande. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est adorable & très disponible. Merci possibilité de manger sur place si vous voulez.
Belle expérience coûte un peu cher parce que quand tu prends ton temps ça monte vite. Également la musique est extrêmement stressante & n'est clairement pas adaptée pour une ambiance détendue & artistique. Du gros rap & du Rihanna & Beyoncé en boucle. Ensuite je ferais en sorte de faire une section enfant/famille seulement parce que les enfants ne sont pas bien gérer & à constamment accrocher notre table c'étais assez ennuyeux.
Nous somme retourner une seconde fois & tout allais bien au départ. Lors du ramassage ça été une autre affaire. Mon bol avais plusieurs éclats de peinture de d'autres céramiques (mon design étais parfait) j'avais des grosses lignes noires, des marques de chiffres & des rayures. Je suis vraiment déçue qu'au prix qu'on paye qu'on à des éclats des autres projets des autres clients...

Honnêtement, l'idée est bonne, mais l'exécution n'est pas du tout satisfaisante. Tu y vas pour peindre de la céramique, mais les prix sont vraiment élevés. Les pièces que tu choisis sont déjà chères, & en plus il y a des frais supplémentaires qui s'ajoutent. En plus, tu ressens une pression au niveau du temps. Au lieu d'être une activité relaxante, ça devient une expérience stressante.
Belle expérience au Café Céramique. Il manquait un peu de personnel, mais les filles ont fait de leur mieux malgré tout. Nous avons quand même passé un bon moment. Je recommande vivement cette activité. 😉
Une belle place avec une grande variété de choix de céramique à peindre. Nous n'avons pas attendu pour une place & le service était rapide, bouffe très bonne. Le seul bémol était que la musique était un peu agressante pour une activité dans ce genre. La grosse guitare & le chant heavy metal, rien contre ce genre musical mais ça me donnait mal à la tête. Peut-être revoir votre playlist
Une belle activité relax. Un beau choix de céramique & de couleur. Nos pinceaux avaient vu de meilleurs jours, par contre. Abordable quand on deniche un coupon d'achat groupé.

Moi & ma mère sommes venue pour avoir du plaisir le service de jour étaient super, les filles gentilles & serviables par contre quand nous sommes venues le temps de payer le soir a environ 17:35 la jeune nommée Gabrielle aucun sourire, bête a charge à ma mère le mauvais prix de sa céramique & a regarder comme si elle était épaisse parce que ma mère lui a poser des questions donc service à la cliente très pourrie de sa part
