The Ceramic Café in Laval opened its doors in 2000 at 565 boulevard Saint-Martin West, between Industrial and Laurentian boulevards, at the corner of Sun Valley Road. Since 2012, it is managed by Louise Fontaine and Paola Cacopardo. The Ceramic Café in Laval has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people, in fact groups of over 50 people regularly organize activities there. My girlfriend dragged me to this place. It was cool, you get to choose a ceramic dish, mug.. & you paint it. It's a cafe so you can order drinks/food. They will finish it off for you in a week time with gloss & you have to come back to pick it up. Would have been nice if they had a system where we can get it same day. Staff are kind, one of them speak so fast like x 10 speed you don't understand anything lol but it's ok i figured it out.
I had an excellent experience at Céramic Café Studio Laval thanks to Molie! Her customer service skills are outstanding. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly & informed me about exciting upcoming items, including Christmas ornaments. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. I'm very satisfied with my visit & can't wait to return soon. Highly recommend this store!
It's a fun place to go for an outing & it peaceful & entertaining to pain a ceramic with friends or anyone but be ware if you come with around 4 or plus people you will have to pay an obligation tip of around 40% per person & if you want to surprise for example a friend with a cake for their birthday you have to pay them around 10$ to make them surprise your friend for their birthday. Btw food is expensive but the nachos are good
J'ai apprécié mon expérience hier & je voudrais également souligner que Molie était très serviable & gentille. Elle me faisait sourire à chaque fois qu'elle venait à table. Expérience 10/10, c'était vraiment relaxant & amusant.
UPDTAED REVIEW Great experience. Staff was Really nice & helpful, friendly as well. Spent almost 3 hours there . A lots of variety for your ceramic designs . Overall it was one of the best experiences i ever had. Here are some pictures of my my painted ceramic toys . Probably nit the best but i love it . Almost forgot food was awesome as well . I just received My Ceramics after cooking & Glazing They are awesome
It's ok & it is a little fun but it's also a money grab. You have to pay for the time plus the objects you paint. The prices for the objects are already ridiculous, especially the smaller items. On top of that, if you surpass an allocated amount of time, you get charged more per person. Just to give you an idea, 2 adults & 2 kids will run you close to $200. I wouldn't say this is a place that's accessible for the less fortunate.

C'est une bonne place pour passer des moments de qualité, en famille, entre amis. Je souhaite le meilleur à l'entreprise & de continuer de s'améliorer. Très respectueusement.
Le service était très bête, pourtant nous sommes arrivé 1h45 avant la fermeture en ne voulant que peinturer notre petite tasse 1h... De plus, ma tasse a été abîmé durant le 10 jours, lorsque je suis allé la chercher on m'a dit de revenir 2 jours plus tard, car ils allaient la réparer. Lorsque je suis arrivé pour la deuxième fois, ils avaient oublié de réparer ma tasse... On m'a dit qu'à j'allais avoir des coupons gratuit pour une prochaine peinture & un appel pour un remboursement. Je n'ai rien eu de tout cela. Décevant

Toujours plaisant aller là-bas, j'adore! Sauf que là, pour la première fois depuis toutes les fois où je suis allée dans un Céramic Café, on ne trouve pas la tasse que j'ai pris des heures à faire.. très déçue, j'attends encore un retour de leur part...
