Très déçue du service. Nous avons payé le 15% additionnel puisque nous étions 6 . ( selon eux , nous devions avoir plus de service pour cette raison) . Je n'ai jamais eu mon café ( la seule chose que j'ai commandé ) . Vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est . Les enfants ont tout de même apprécié

Super expérience ! Par contre ça prend un bon budget. Surtout si on veut manger là en plus ! La qualité du service & le choix énorme de céramique en fait un bin rapport qualité prix !

Mis à part notre arrivée, personne n'est venu nous voir tout au long de notre visite. Je crois que la pénurie de personnel s'est fait sentir. Le moment fut tout de même agréable.

Les 3 étoiles sont pour la grandeur & propreté du café & la gentillesse de la dame à la caisse. Par contre dès que nous sommes arrivés. Il nous a été directement dit que nous aurions un pourboire à payer obligatoire de 15% car nous avions demandé à être la table à côté de nos amis. Donc deux tables séparées mais apparemment considérées comme une groupe. Je n'ai pas tellement apprécié surtout que durant nos 3 heures sur place , personne n est venu pour nous prendre une commande & nous avions bien soif. Dommage c'était le seul point négatif

Personnel impeccable, avec la pénurie de main d'oeuvre faut comprendre...
Par contre, la bouffe est beaucoup trop chère à mon avis.
