En raison de la semaine de relâche qui a eu lieu récemment, il manquait beaucoup de modèles de pièces de céramique.

Étant donné qu'il y avait beaucoup de clients lors de notre visite, plusieurs couleurs de peinture n'étaient pas disponibles.

Nous avons heureusement réussi à trouver des pièces à notre goût malgré qu'elles n'étaient pas nos premiers choix. Pour les couleurs, nous avons dû modifier nos choix.

L'endroit est super. Le concept est génial. Toutefois, c'est la deuxième fois que je m'y rend & le service est très très lent. Beaucoup d'attente dans le hall avant d'être accueilli. Le personnel vient nous voir rarement pour savoir si tout va bien. Il faut se lever pour demander d'être servi . Chaque fois, on dirait qu'il manque de personnel pour répondre aux besoins de tous.

J'ai vraiment adoré mon expérience avec ma fille de 8 ans. Ça faisait 10 ans que je n'y étais pas allée & j'ai été surprise des nouvelles techniques & procédé qui avait maintenant pour décoré nos pièces. Je ne me suis pas fait pressé par personne pour terminé ma pièce & céder ma place. Comme c'était la relâche, je m'y attendais & agréablement surprise. A refaire avec ma poulette.
