La file d'attente était toujours trop longue donc on a jamais été acheté des consommations, nous avons eu un bonjour mais aucune consigne ou encadrement par la suite, le service était manquant definitivement

Qualité des pochoirs bleus laisse à désirer, stock d'étapes à augmenter. Prix des céramiques, un peu chers à mon goût.

Première fois afin de pratiquer le côté méconnu d'Art en moi. J'ai aimé l'expérience, les céramiques sont un peu chers, 10-20$ pour les petits formats, en plus du temps passé en "heures" ça fait chers la tasse, les nachos étaient bons, bon service d'explications de techniques, bel endroit. Très belle après-midi, mais un peu dispendieux.

Je doit dire que le service étais inexistant malheureusement. Après avoir attendu 30min, ensuite aller chercher du service & des instructions sur comment ça fonctionne, tout ses très bien passé. Beaucoup de choix de poterie, beaucoup de modèle. Un peu chaotiques comme environnement(bruit,mouvement,etc(un peu normal)) mais quand tu es dans ta bulle, ca va très bien. La bouffe étais très bonne :) Je recommande pour l'expérience de fête en groupe :)

Really fun & relaxing place to go to! Went with my friend on a friday night & it was a really nice & cozy place to spend the evening. We really enjoyed painting our ceramics over conversation. We ate nachos & drank hot chocolate, the nachos weren't the best but it was a good snack. The staff is super friendly. The pain also doesn't stain at all so it's ideal for painting anxiety-free especially with children!

Très belle expérience. Je ferais l'ajout d'un vestiaire pour les manteaux . La place était bien rempli & nos manteaux traîne sur les dossiers & banquette . Pas évident avec la peinture & l'espace restreint que nous avons .

Excellent service à la table pour tous nos invités dans le cadre d'une fête d'amis. Très belle expérience. Par contre pour le paiement à la fin, délai tout à fait anormal de 30 minutes en attente en ligne. Nous avions 7 enfants qui nous attendaient pour quitter vers notre prochain arrêt, & aucune façon d'accélérer le processus malgré l'avoir indiqué à différentes personnes. J'ai trouvé ce délai anormal & ça a malheureusement gâché notre expérience.
