La musique & l'ambiance étaient féerique avec la belle bordée de neige. La variété des pièces à choisir ainsi que des couleurs sont impressionnantes! Les conseils étaient appropriés.
Un peu cher cependant pour 6 personnes & 6 breuvages même avec des coupons tuango. (160$) & nos pièces de céramique étaient de petites dimensions.
15% d'amblée nous à été chargé car nous étions 6, même si personne n a fait le service à la table pour les breuvages.

Tout était bien sauf le service qui était trop lente. On devrait attendre plus d'un demi-heure pour avoir nos repas ce qui à rendu l'expérience un peu désagréable. Je m'attendez à mieux. Lors que j'ai remarqué cet détail à la serveuse, elle m'a dit que ce normal parce que c'était dimanche (très achalandé). En tout cas, pour moi la solution était d'avoir plus de personnel ou simplement réduire la capacité à la place de donner un mauvaise service.

Mes petites-filles adorent aller chez vous, mais j'aurais souhaité qu'on nous permette de changer de table car à côté de la porte où nous étions, il faisait très froid. J'avais réservé depuis quelques jours & comme il y avait d'autres tables de libres, nous n'avons pas apprécié geler pendant 3 heures. Sinon, tout était parfait.
