Ceramic Café-Studio is a unique franchise! A ceramic painting studio, a coffee shop and a boutique all in one place. Since opening in 1997, people gather at Ceramic Café-Studio. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished painter, alone, with family or friends, you can come and paint original ceramics, which are both personalized and practical. The famous paninis are well known, the smoothies are delicious and the coffee is comforting. The Ceramic Café in Laval opened its doors in 2000 at 565 boulevard Saint-Martin West, between Industrial and Laurentian boulevards, at the corner of Sun Valley Road. Since 2012, it is managed by Louise Fontaine and Paola Cacopardo. The Ceramic Café in Laval has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people, in fact groups of over 50 people regularly organize activities there. Louise Fontaine and the Ceramic Café Laval team travel into the Laurentians and Lanaudière to provide ceramic painting activities to groups such as schools, day care, summer camps, office parties, showers, children's parties and other occasions. Friday night 7:30! Was told it's a 30minute wait, that they had no place. Asked about all the free tables, told the section is closed. Unacceptable. Over 5 employees in back of the counter. So I don't think it's a staff issue.
I love the concept but the customer service is awful. Our waitress refused to speak English, took our food order last (we were the first to arrive), & didn't check on us once.
The tools & brushes are all mostly in poor condition, the ones on our table were not useable. Overall very expensive for what you get
Belle expérience mais, les employés devraient informer les clients dès lors arrivée des tarifs & non avoir une surprise rendue à la caisse. Les tables sont beaucoup trop proche, on entend toutes les conversations des gens.
The experience was great but when we came back to take are things they had lost two of them & they all had holes paint stains of colours we didn't even touch.
Belle activité créative familiale, j'irais toutes les semaines! C'est un peu cher pour les poteries, la bouffe est vraiment moyenne, mais les employés sont agréables, l'activité est amusante, je recommande!

Une belle activité relax. Un beau choix de céramique & de couleur. Nos pinceaux avaient vu de meilleurs jours, par contre. Abordable quand on deniche un coupon d'achat groupé.
Ça fait 3 fois que j'essaye d'appeler pour réserver pour un groupe de 8 (pendant les heures d'ouverture). Les 2 premières fois, la ligne coupait automatiquement lorsque je composais le poste à rejoindre. La 3e fois, j'ai laissé sonné pendant plus de 50 coups, sans réponse encore. Déjà, l'expérience commence très mal.

Bad service at the door, was called out Infront of client's, Micro aggression , racism , injustice was accused of giving attitude to the front desk when it's absolutely untrue my phone number was given to be called back to be seated they took my number wrong the last digits was wrong & the front desk told me I was giving them attitude for a mistake they made I was calm & collected the whole time ! I placed a complaint was called by management was given a free entry with my son they apologized I was happy with that conclusion! Come back one week later they LOST my ceramic they can't find it Go figure! I asked for my money back will never go back
