The Ceramic Café in Laval has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people, in fact groups of over 50 people regularly organize activities there. The staff were nice, the place is clean, the only thing that bothered a little was how cramped the seats were. Once everybody was seated, we had to excuse ourselves through people. Which was a little stressful, especially walking through with a toddler, as they were painting.

J'arrive d'aller chercher nos pièces la fille les mets sur le comptoir & je remarque que le dragon de mon gars est cassé aucun doute avec la photo. Elle dit je reviens elle s'en va se renseigner. Elle me dit qu'il ne peut rien faire mais elle me donne une carte tarif studio gratuit pour la prochaine fois. C'est une joke. Ma journée ma coûté 170.00 vous cassez le dragon de mon gars qu'il a coûté 39.00. C'est pas grand chose. Franchement
En plus c'était long recevoir nos breuvages & même quand j'ai été tantôt très long personnes est venu me voir me dire où aller.
It was my first time at a place like this, where you can eat nachos & have coffee...while you do art! Excellent experience, highly recommended. The only issue for me was the price, the whole experience for two cost me over $70.

Pas de service dutout. Pas capable d'avoir une simple fourchette ou de commander un désert en moins d'une heure. Personne ne vient voir aux table si on a besoin de quelque chose.
Malgré leur attitude sympathique, l'efficacité des employés est questionnable. Attendre plus de 5 minutes à la porte en arrivant... attendre 15 minutes après être revenu à la table... plus de 15 minutes pour payer pour une table de 3... tout cela une soirée peu occupée. Je le mentionne simplement car j'ai remarqué qu'avec le temps le service est de moins en moins bon.
Très bon service & bonne ambiance. Le personnel le est très aimable. Nous avons été servis par Carmin qui était de grande aide & qui nous a donné un très bon service. Les pièces ont pris maximum 2 minutes à avoir & nous avons appelé avant de nous déplacer pour rien.
We waited over an hour for a panini. There was children running around the place while the customers were painting their pieces. The staff closed the kitchen earlier because of a potential rush of clients, but there was only a few table. The shop was supposed to close at 10pm but an hour prior the close they closed the music & ask people to go pay & clean up their table. The table are so small that it's difficult to fit your lunch, coffee, ceramic & paint on the table. When the customer next to us ask to put the table together, the staff refused due to potential customer than might arrived. However, a full section of the shop was closed.

J'ai mis 4 étoiles, car c'est un endroit pour relaxer, mais la musique est un peu agressante & les pièces de céramique pas mal chères, ce qui nous empêche d'y aller plus souvent. Par contre, la nourriture & le service sont supers.
A cute experience with your familypartner. Service was very slow, but can understand considering how busy it gets. Lots of options when it comes to ceramics, & paint. Pretty overpriced in my opinion. For two medium ceramics, an hour paint time, two teas plus tip the bill came to 100$. Was shocked as we thought it would be a more affordable date option. Fun experience but just prepare yourself for the extra fees.
