You have time to relax, grab a snack & bound. But it's EXPENSIVE ! every time I come here, it's OVER 100$ to paint.
Nestled in the heart of Laval lies a haven of creativity & joy, the Ceramic Cafe, where artistic dreams come to life one brushstroke at a time. As a doting parent to twin girls whose eyes sparkled with anticipation at the mere mention of this place, I recently embarked on a journey to fulfill their long-held desires. What ensued was an outing & a memorable experience filled with laughter, creativity, & bonding. From the moment we stepped through the doors of the Ceramic Cafe, we were greeted with an ambiance of warmth & creativity. The clean & inviting space immediately set the stage for an afternoon of artistic exploration. As I observed my twin daughters eagerly scanning the shelves stocked with an array of ceramic pieces, their faces illuminated with excitement, I knew we were in for something special. The staff at the Ceramic Cafe were instrumental in making our visit truly exceptional. Their genuine enthusiasm & helpfulness guided my daughters through the process of selecting the perfect ceramic pieces & choosing the vibrant colors that would bring their artistic visions to life. Their patience & encouragement fostered an environment where creativity knew no bounds. As my daughters delved into their artistic endeavors, I couldn't help but marvel at their ingenuity & flair. With each stroke of the brush, they transformed plain ceramic pieces into vibrant works of art, each reflecting their unique personalities & imaginations. It was a joyous sight to behold, witnessing their creativity flourish in an environment that nurtured & celebrated their artistic expression. The amenities offered at the Ceramic Cafe further enhanced our experience. The option to indulge in sandwiches, coffee, & juices provided a delightful interlude between painting sessions, allowing us to refuel & recharge before diving back into our artistic endeavors. The thoughtfulness of these offerings added an extra layer of comfort & enjoyment to our visit. But beyond the ceramic painting & delectable refreshments, what truly made our experience at the Ceramic Cafe unforgettable was the sense of connection & bonding that permeated throughout. As we sat side by side, engrossed in our creative pursuits, laughter filled the air, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come. It was a precious moment of togetherness, a reminder of the beauty of shared experiences & the magic of nurturing creativity. In conclusion, our visit to the Ceramic Cafe in Laval was magical. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff, from the joy of artistic exploration to the bonds strengthened, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. For my twin girls, it was a dream fulfilled, a momentous occasion that will forever hold a special place in their hearts. As for me, watching them unleash their creativity with such enthusiasm filled me with immense pride & happiness. The Ceramic Cafe is more than just a place to paint ceramics; it's a sanctuary where imaginations run wild & memories are made. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a dose of artistic inspiration & a delightful escape from the ordinary.
It was my first time here, & I have never painted ceramics before. So I would say it is very beginner friendly, but I had to take myself through the whole process. You are seated & fill out a form with your name & number. Then when that is done, walk up stairs & choose what you want to paint. Each item is labeled with a price. Bring it back to your table & a waitress will mark down which ceramics you chose & explain a bit how it goes & take the drink or food order. Your time starts now. They charge a few dollars for each hour you are painting. I painted 2 items in 2-3 hours & had a London fog tea. The whole experience cost about 50$ & was nice. You are asked to return in 10 days to pick up the ceramic items. They hold the item for 2 months, & will not call. I will update my review when I pick up my ceramics. I could have used a bit more guidance with what to do with my paints, or how to use the stickers or stencils they have available. But it's not an art class, it's a Cafe. I had a good time solo & saw a lot of groups & a few couples.
Amazing it with amazing,I went with 2 of my best friends we had so much fun the nachos are so good any of them they're amazing I really recommend you to go paint with friends family boyfriend or girlfriend would be a really fun date just paint eat talk at the same time but overall it was wonderful I really recommend
Really fun & relaxing place to go to! Went with my friend on a friday night & it was a really nice & cozy place to spend the evening. We really enjoyed painting our ceramics over conversation. We ate nachos & drank hot chocolate, the nachos weren't the best but it was a good snack. The staff is super friendly. The pain also doesn't stain at all so it's ideal for painting anxiety-free especially with children!
I came with my daughter & her friend to celebrate their birthday. It's a really nice place with lots of options of ceramics to paint. I got a voucher on Tuango for 10$ for 2 people for studio time since I can get expensive with buying the piece, the studio time, & food. It's a nice place to have a coffee & just relax & paint.
We had a great time painting & the service was great! We didn't order any food or drinks, so I can't comment on that.

The staff were nice, the place is clean, the only thing that bothered a little was how cramped the seats were. Once everybody was seated, we had to excuse ourselves through people. Which was a little stressful, especially walking through with a toddler, as they were painting.
