Le Céramic Café-Studio, une franchise unique! Un studio de peinture sur céramique, un café-restaurant ainsi qu'une boutique, tout dans un même lieu. Depuis son ouverture en 1997, on se donne rendez-vous au Céramic Café-Studio. Que l'on soit artiste débutant ou peintre accompli, seul, en famille ou entre amis, on peut venir y peindre des céramiques originales, personnalisées et pratiques au quotidien. Les réputés paninis y sont fameux, les smoothies délicieux et les cafés réconfortants.
Dans l'ensemble, Céramic Café est décrit comme un endroit adorable et accueillant, avec une vaste sélection de céramiques et une ambiance détendue adaptée aussi bien aux familles qu aux amis. Le personnel est régulièrement chaleureux et serviable, rendant les fêtes et les visites sans souci, et l'expérience est décrite comme amusante, créative et mémorable lorsque les participants peignent et repartent avec des pièces colorées. Le prix est parfois jugé élevé, mais les souvenirs et les objets ramassés valent l'investissement, surtout avec des frais de studio modestes qui couvrent tout le matériel de peinture et les couleurs disponibles; l'atmosphère est lumineuse et conviviale, même si l'espace peut sembler étroit lorsque le lieu est bondé. C'est aussi un excellent endroit pour des célébrations avec une décoration et un service attentionné, et l'emplacement est pratique avec un parking proche.
Used to love coming here, but recently every time i’d receive the ceramic it would have splotchy or scratched off areas. Especially disappointed in this cup that i painted a week ago. Don’t mind the outlining of the letters, that was my messy job😂. Although, you can see that bits of the blue paint got in the middle of the letters (even pink somehow?) & it looks splotchy. Also on the edge of the cup, it unfortunate got scratched off which i kind of upset me. The service was fine tho. Hope this won’t happen again.
Pros: My daughter loved her party & the helpers were great.
Cons: We were placed next to a huge birthday group. They were always out of their seats & blocking our table for the girls to get in & out to get paint or supplies. Also, they brought their own food & dessert (pizza, cake, cake pops, candies & cupcakes). My daughter & her friends were really disappointed with the food we had because the other party was over the top. I asked our party helper why the other party was allowed to bring outside food & they said the parents misunderstood so didn't know they couldn't bring their own food so they brought it anyways & were allowed to serve it. We asked to get some Mr Puffs from next door to help my daughters disappointment but we were denied from doing that. We ended up having the girls rush through their lunch & leaving 20 mins early to bring the girls to Mr Puffs next door. We unfortunately lost time in the cafe because we had to make sure the kids were done before the pick up time. I agree that rules should be in place & I was happy to sign the consent form to agree to them, but super disappointed to be in full view of a party who were allowed to break the rules right next to us when they also had to sign a consent form & agree to the rules. We should have been allowed too in this case, instead of picking & choosing who should be allowed exceptions to the clearly defined rules.

Only had coffer, no food. Service was great. My first time there & working on ceramic. Loved it. Will come back with friends. Large choice if items to.paint. anxious to see final product glazed & baked. Thank you for this amazing experience.
Didn’t have a reservation but it was a Saturday night 8pm so not too busy. It’s great that it’s open until 11! Staff very helpful & very friendly. Great selection of pottery’s to paint.
My daughter & I loved our afternoon at the ceramic café. Countless options to choose from & I was impressed with all the paints & decorative elements available for us. Latte & menu & added bonus. We will be back!
It was my first time & it was fun but I hated the fact that we literally had to go get the staff so they can explain things to us when they told us someone was coming over to explain everything before we start. We also had to get them to come & explain us some things regarding the pochoirs because it stated to wait for staff to open the drawers. I hate feeling like I need to disturb the staff to ask for things but I also feel like a staff member should be where the paints are to help people find things.
I paid & I went to the bathroom before leaving to go home & I heard staff members speaking to each others on the other side of the door saying « I guess because of inflation people don't pay anymore » when I literally gave a 2$ tip on a 2,50$ tea.... That was a nice night but I don't think I'll come back because of the staff
Service was great, staff was super friendly & we had a nice time, all painting supplies were clean & ready for us to use! If i have one comment it would be to have more paper towel on the tables! Thanks for the nice memories!

A nice place to go relax & paint :) the only point I would improve would be to serve food as their kitchen was closed at the time we went (7pm). They were only serving cold drinks (soda, juice, iced tea)
Super fun painting experience, helpful staff & great cappuccino. The panini would need more love in the making, but overall amazing. Can't wait to see the results.
Perfect activity for friends & family
It is a nice outing with my grandkids. This day due to a birthday party & end of March break it was very busy & quite noisy. The area where you pick up the paints gets quite congested & some of the young adult clients didn't seem to get that the kids were there to get paint too. Some paints were unavailable but staff did help. It is definitely not an inexpensive outing.

Great place for a date or even an activity with your kids. Great customer service, staff was really nice. Only thing was there wasn't enough paint for everyone
We held a party for my 9 year old & I must say the kids had a blast. I was a little concerned with how crowd control would work out. The staff was very flexible & willing ot repeat the painting instructions as our guests trickled in. :)
All in all it was a great exprience. Thank you for making my little girl very happy.
Super fun activity to do with family, friends or as a couple. This was our second ti e here & the only issues we found both times is that the brushes at the paint station on the table are not washed & ready for our reservation & the service is super slow to come explain to us what to do, take our food order & bring our food
I wish that the staff of 4 girl that were working were actually working. Once we got settled to our table the girl said she would be back to explain & write down our table number & ceramic number. Nope NEVER HAPPENED. I could understand if it was crazy busy but 2 of the 4 girls where just hugging one another & chatting with each other & running to the back & checking there phones. ALOT of paint bottle in the back all empty . Couldn't get help to replenish them so I just did it myself . After an hours I finally just went up to the counter asked the girl to write down our table number & ceramics & asked for a cappuccino & a lemonade took 15min. Wtf . extremely disappointed I did not tip. However I enjoyed painting the ceramic piece I got I like the options that you have & the hourly price isn't too shabby, But pls get some people who can actually do there job.
My daughter & I had a wonderful time ! So much fun & the food was delicious!!! Huge selection of ceramics & paint colours to choose from . The staff was so helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend & will be back for sure !!!
