Depuis son ouverture en 1997, on se donne rendez-vous au Céramic Café-Studio. Que l'on soit artiste débutant ou peintre accompli, seul, en famille ou entre amis, on peut venir y peindre des céramiques originales, personnalisées et pratiques au quotidien. Les réputés paninis y sont fameux, les smoothies délicieux et les cafés réconfortants.
Les retours sur Céramic Café décrivent une expérience conviviale et créative, avec un personnel chaleureux et serviable et une atmosphère détendue adaptée aussi bien aux enfants qu'aux adultes, une offre riche en modèles et en couleurs et tout le matériel nécessaire pour peindre sur céramique; toutefois les prix peuvent être élevés et l'espace parfois serré lors des jours chargés. Couples et familles apprécient l'activité et les occasions spéciales comme les anniversaires, qui sont marquées par des décorations et un service attentionné; certains signalent aussi des limites du menu et une certaine lenteur pendant les périodes d'affluence. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une option agréable pour passer un moment de détente et de création autour de la peinture sur céramique.
I went to Céramic Café DDO with my niece for her birthday, & it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly & helpful, making sure everything went smoothly for the party. The kids had so much fun painting their pieces, & it was such a creative & unique way to celebrate. The atmosphere was relaxed & welcoming, perfect for both children & adults. My niece loved every minute of it - such a memorable birthday!
My daughter had her 11th birthday party at the Cafe. She & her friends had an amazing time. We also had an amazing customer service from Aesha, she took care of everything from start to end. she made sure the kids were well informed & was very kind & understanding. It was all worth the money as a busy mom, the most relaxed birthday party. Thank you 💖

I recently visited Ceramic Café for a birthday party with a group of children & youth aged 5-13, & I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I called ahead of time to make reservations. The person on the phone took the time to explain how it works & options for a large group. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, flexible & helpful throughout our visit. They made the whole process smooth & enjoyable for both the kids & adults. I cannot say the same for other locations. The facilities were well-maintained & offered a great environment for creativity. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, & I would definitely return to this location for future events or casual visits.
Elianna who is 8 years old, has been a few times & loves it. Already made a few projects & is already planning her next visit. Possibly her 9th birthday party as well. Even her 5 year old brother Theodore enjoys it. She also says the food is good & says the experience is worth the money.
For bday party, kids got bored after 1 hour. Expensive according the activity, no right to bring snacks & just, 15% tip mandatory, I won't take the party there again.
We were a group of 9 kids to celebrate a birthday. We had a great experience. Excellent service. Very friendly staff who explained all the details before booking & all the way with the kids helped during the party. Highly recommend this place to spend time with family or friends.

My daughter & her friends really enjoyed painting over there. Thank you very much. I however would rather to be advised about the extra charge of cake option before purchasing. The employees told me I can have my own cake, but before our party they advised me the surcharge for that & the contract. On the contract, was written we had 3 hours & when I confirmed, it was changed to 2 hours, so I couldn't relate that much on the time. We started way much later the painting in order to negotiate with the supervisor about the cake surcharge & I really appreciate his/her flexibility. Over all, everything was perfect, however, I will add some racks for the jackets, I won't charge tip & surcharge for cutting the cake, I'll add more attending parents for free(our kids were small & I needed more parents). & finally, as an employee I smile more. But as I said, we will come back just because of the supervisor flexibility & the amazing ambiance.
We had a birthday party at Ceramic Café un the West Islsnd. It was amazing! It was very well organized, the kids had a blast & the service was perfect! Thank you for a great experience!

Pros: My daughter loved her party & the helpers were great.
Cons: We were placed next to a huge birthday group. They were always out of their seats & blocking our table for the girls to get in & out to get paint or supplies. Also, they brought their own food & dessert (pizza, cake, cake pops, candies & cupcakes). My daughter & her friends were really disappointed with the food we had because the other party was over the top. I asked our party helper why the other party was allowed to bring outside food & they said the parents misunderstood so didn't know they couldn't bring their own food so they brought it anyways & were allowed to serve it. We asked to get some Mr Puffs from next door to help my daughters disappointment but we were denied from doing that. We ended up having the girls rush through their lunch & leaving 20 mins early to bring the girls to Mr Puffs next door. We unfortunately lost time in the cafe because we had to make sure the kids were done before the pick up time. I agree that rules should be in place & I was happy to sign the consent form to agree to them, but super disappointed to be in full view of a party who were allowed to break the rules right next to us when they also had to sign a consent form & agree to the rules. We should have been allowed too in this case, instead of picking & choosing who should be allowed exceptions to the clearly defined rules.
Had our daughters 12 th birthday party there. The table was ready, supplies readily available & staff very helpful. The kids enjoyed the food. The ceramics were ready for pick up 2 weeks later as scheduled. Would recommend
Very friendly staff that will make sure you got everything you need even though they are swamped with customers.
The birthday party option came with a decorated table & candies which is a very nice touch.
It is a nice outing with my grandkids. This day due to a birthday party & end of March break it was very busy & quite noisy. The area where you pick up the paints gets quite congested & some of the young adult clients didn't seem to get that the kids were there to get paint too. Some paints were unavailable but staff did help. It is definitely not an inexpensive outing.

We held a party for my 9 year old & I must say the kids had a blast. I was a little concerned with how crowd control would work out. The staff was very flexible & willing ot repeat the painting instructions as our guests trickled in. :)
All in all it was a great exprience. Thank you for making my little girl very happy.
