J'ai eu les conchas, le pain à la goyave & au fromage, le mocha mexicain & le rouleau au dulce de leche. Tout était tellement délicieux ! Fortement recommandé.
Llegué por las conchas y regreso por los tamales!! Las conchas están deliciosas, las de canela son mis favoritas pero siempre que los visito hay un sabor nuevo que me toca probar. Y los tamales, uffff. Los mejores que he probado fuera de México por mucho.
Really a hidden gem, stumbled upon it with absolutely no regrets. The dirty horchata is delicious & the service is sincerely incredible!
Nice little small bakery that I had saved on Google Maps that I wanted to try. I had never had a freshly made concha & wanted to try one to see how they actually were before I attempted to make these at home. I've had one from a gas station that was prepackaged to have that was probably definitely nowhere near authentic because these freshly made ones were not very sweet & very airy & delicious. I was certainly impressed on how good these were freshly baked at a bakery. So if you're in the area, stop in & grab something from here you won't be disappointed. It's a very small place but they do have seating outside.

Tout était déliceux: la pâtisserie aux ananas & fromage, le petit pain de maïs, le tamal haricots & fromage, le café horchata (à mon avis, un peu trop de glace cependant). Service attentionné & bien joyeux! Merci à la boulangerie Carlota pour ce beau & savoureux moment!
Incredible pastries with full mastery of technics! One of the best pastries I've had in MTL. flavours are just out of this world & quality is everything. & really nice !!!!
This place is AMAZING!!! Wonderful quality of pastries & coffee. Mine was filled with dulce de leche & almost made me cry. *Perfect *yeasted laminated dough. Staff super friendly & atmosphere very welcome. A must when in Montreal!!! MUCHAS GRACIAS

@carlota.boulangerie is a Mexican inspired bakery & pastry shop that is sure to impress your sweet tooth needs & then some. We had just finished lunch when we came walking by this delicious little shop & we had to walk in & try one. Really friendly & wholesome staff that you can tell love what they do every single day. We got a couple of dessert that day but my personal favourite was Croissant Rolled to mile high perfection stuff with a dulce de leche filling, FOODGASMIC 💦, & second was the Palmier cookie that was probably the best I've ever had. We go some other stuff equality delicious, but I'll surprise y'all for another time 😋 Would recommend a visite to support this business & everything they out out, really can tell they are true artists of there craft 👏.
I tried their beso, polvoron tricolor, pork tamal, & telera. All tasted really good. The flavor & consistency of all of these were the same as they are back in Mexico. The store looked organized & clean. Also, the girl at the counter, Paola, was very sweet & polite.
Amazing mexican desserts!!! I love love love everything from this amazing & warm place!
Don't listen to the one star reviewers looking to complain for the sake of it... Everything at Carlotta's is amazing. From the guavaroll to the mole brioche, everything is a must try. Worth the wait & travel any day!
