In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.

Nous sommes allé à la fête des mère, dîner sans réservation sur la terrasse. La terrasse est super. La serveuse était attentionnée sans être trop présente. La nourriture étais parfaite, savoureuse & copieuse. Les prix sont très reasonable.
Ils ont même donner un petit dessert de la fête des mères. Belle expérience
We were here for dinner & the food was mostly good. Our main issue was with the service we received from start to finish.
As a party of 3, we arrived when there were 3 other tables of 2 (on a Saturday) & after our waitress took the drink order, it took a full 30 minutes to receive them. Both waitstaff that were there also obviously did not know how to make drinks & apart from the basic glass of wine ordered, the cocktails were left on the table. Food arrived somewhat in a timely manner but drink reorders were forgotten or came with a good 20 minute delay… with a quasi empty restaurant. We were then happily reminded that tip now does not include tax while or waiter looked over our shoulder to see how much tip we would leave. All in all, quite disappointed as we really felt like this restaurant had potential.
J'adore le Caribou Gourmand. Quand je veux me faire plaisir, c'est le premier resto qui me vient en tête. L'assiette d'la cabane du menu brunch Cabane à sucre, en particulier, était excellente.
Il y a toujours un petit quelque chose de différent au menu, avec des produits du terroir, ce qui fait que je vais y retourner encore & encore.

Rien à dire ce fut un moment familial très sympa pour les 20 ans de notre fille ! Merci pour l'ambiance & la délicate attention des bougies & des chouquettes (aussi bonnes que en France !!!!) Offertes en fin de repas !
Tout ce que nous avons commandé était délicieux & très bien servi ! Les produits bien choisit avec du goût ! Nous y retournerons !
Je cherchais un endroit pour faire découvrir des plats du terroir à des touristes en visite. Nourriture excellente & service attentionné. Je recommande vivement.
Service was super friendly & everything we tried from the Cabane a Sucre brunch was delicious. We brought our 6 month old along & it was very family friendly. They have changing tables in the bathroom & high chairs & they leave enough room in between tables to bring a full size stroller through pretty easily. The door outside is a bit of a hassle but once you're in it's great. We shared salty & sweet plates & they come with a bit of everything that was perfectly balanced & flavourful. The maple products were so so good as well. We will definitely be back.

J'y allais habituellement en soirée mais nous avons tenté le brunch cabane à sucre & que dire.. Copieux, varié, bien presenté & surtout d'excellents produits! C'était vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons partagé l'assiette cabane à sucre & l'assiette sucrée à 2. & les prix sont vraiment décents.
