CARIBOU GOURMAND?

EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A NICKNAME

In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.

French expatriates for several years and very attached to our gourmet roots, it is in Quebec that we decided to drop our bags, and it is a pleasure for us to share with you our love of cooking by combining gourmet seasonal ingredients, our French roots and Quebec influences, in an atmosphere that invites relaxation and conviviality ...

Overall great experience. The service was little sloppy, maybe because you were busy on Saturday afternoon. But the quality of your food is too notch. I would just comment that perhaps the amount of meat on the Gourmand plate could be increased a bit, the tiny amount of pulled pork on the plate was a little silly. Overall, I would recommend & would come back.

On est sorti du restaurant avec un grand sourire d'avoir découvert un endroit si chaleureux en commençant par le service, toutes les filles sont formidable, très agréable aimable on se sent vraiment bienvenue chez vous.

La nourriture était complètement délicieuse! on peut sentir à chaque bouchée l'amour qu'ils mettent dans leurs recettes & le service était top aussi! Très belle expérience je recommanderais sans doute ce resto!
