In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.

La nourriture est délicieuse (risotto de canard, côtes de sanglier, pilons de canard, songe d’une nuit d’été en dessert). Les serveurs.euses sont accueillants & gentils.
Can a waiter ask for her tip in a private conversation, tête-à-tête, instead of saying in front of all my colleagues, "Why didn't you pay a tip, it's my salary." if you really care about my opinion, you might not put me in an uncomfortable position. Seeing your face I was forced to pay the tip, after which you said that it is not necessary, that it is my choice. Thank you for a "nice" ending to my brunch. The food was delicious.
J’ai mangé un très bon brunch ! Je recommande particulièrement le double Benedictine deluxe, il est vraiment très bon ! Les chouquettes de l’assiette sucrée à partager sont également excellentes !

Une belle première expérience au restaurant le caribou gourmand pour la soirée spéciale moules frites à volonté ! De bons produits de qualité ! Sur que je retournerais tester leurs plats & le brunch aussi ! 😋

Overall great experience. The service was little sloppy, maybe because you were busy on Saturday afternoon. But the quality of your food is too notch. I would just comment that perhaps the amount of meat on the Gourmand plate could be increased a bit, the tiny amount of pulled pork on the plate was a little silly. Overall, I would recommend & would come back.
