Food is amazing, it truly is. But service is the worst I have experienced, i try to understand because they seemed understaffed. But the lack of care for the clients order is something I have never seen before, anywhere. They offer a pick up service, you place your order. Get to their counter to pick it up, staff act like they have never heard of it, like you are speaking Russian. & make you wait for tens of minutes. I have waited up to 40 minutes for my order. & this has happened many times. I am a regular client, food is amazing but this just makes the experience be unpleasant.

Jerk Chicken & all the accoutrements was excellent. Meat was generous, well seasoned , the meal overall was very generous for the price, spice is there, plantain was moist, worth your time & business!

I just chomped through my jerk chicken! I've been craving jerk for MONTHS & I cant stress this enough but THAT BOMBOCLATT CHICKEN SLAPPED everything hit the spot. The sweet plantain, rice, fried ball & gravy was delicious! Perfect amount of jerk sauce on the chicken. Just wow.

I just left Caribbean Food Factory & it was amazing!!!! The Curry Goat & Veggies was fresh & tasty. I definitely recommend this restaurant & it is open 24hrs

Don't get me wrong the food is excellent, but the service is trash. Every time I go there it takes way too long to get my food. Well thats not really the issue because you know it fresh food. But 20$ for 4 little pieces of chicken is outrageous plus I PAID FOR PLATAINS & NEVER received them. Take in mind I paid for them & asked if everything was there & the person said yes!
I would like them to change that aspect of their services, because the food is exceptional.

Healthy authentic Jamaican cuisine, clean, tasty but nothing fancy. If you want to enjoy an authentic Jamaican dish it's the place to go to, they also have healthy home made juices made out of beets, carrots, fresh ginger etc… You take one of those & you feel energized, it can't get more healthier than that. If you want to try something different than the usual fast-food go there you won't regret it.

Je ne peux pas encore évaluer la cuisine, car je n'ai goûté que leur jus de gingembre mais je peux vous assurer qu'il est incroyablement exquis !
Frais, épicé, avec la chaleur du gingembre, mais aussi cette touche douceur… c'est le jus idéal pour un boost de vitamines, parfait pour anticiper une grippe.
Je suis d'autant plus étonnée de ne pas avoir connu cette adresse alors que j'habitais tout près 🥹mais je l'ai découvert grâce à une amie 🤍
J'ai tellement hâte de goûter aux autres plats du menu !

This place was amazing when it first opened before the lockdowns, & it still is pretty good but quality has gone down a bit. Quality varies from item to item & from the time of the day. The time it takes for you take get your food can wildly vary as well. You can make a pickup order on the phone & have your food ready in about only 5 minutes, but if you dine in sometimes it can take you a very very long time for the same item ordered. The jerk chicken is almost always excellent & it's what I usually order. The stew & curry chicken are pretty good too. The ackee & saltfish is good too, but it barely has any fish in it. The rice & peas can range from excellent when you happen to get it relatively fresh & fragrant with coconut otherwise sometimes it can be a bit stale. The plantains are kinda almost always insipid, the dumplings are fine. The level of seasoning I find can be very inconsistent, sometimes the rice & peas & jerk chicken can be just perfect & other times it can be overly salty.
Overall I still like the place a lot & I'd recommend it to anyone. It still beats pretty much anything in the area & they are open 24/7. It's just that the quality will vary depending on the time of the day, & maybe depending on who's on shift in the kitchen.

The service was impeccable, the food was out of this world. BEST JERK CHICKEN in Montreal. I was still tasting jerk chicken after I left the restaurant. REAL AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN FOOD

Absolutely delicous. There is tons of food, so the price makes sense. It's really really fresh! I got the curry goat. It was delicious & tasted like my grandmother's cooking. Can't wait to come back & try other dishes!
