We travelled from New Brunswick with 9 people. There were multiple allergies in the group & they went above & beyond to ensure meals for everyone that were incredible! The owner Ben was amazing & all the staff took such good care of us. Even moving tables together to make a space for our whole family to sit together. I can't recommend this place more. 100% on every mark. The food was incredible! So wonderful to be able to eat somewhere with such comfort & confidence that it is safe!
Excellent food & service! Dedicated gluten free restaurant. Also was able to confidently eat corn & dairy free. No symptoms after enjoying the wonderful meal! Thank you Ben!

I went to this restaurant with eight other people, though it would take up a good deal of their dinning area they insisted on setting up a table for nine. The service was great, & they speak good English.
Some of us have celiac, along with more than a few other allergies. The food tasted amazing! & I would totally go again if I were in Montreal, I recommend anyone with allergies or without try this place.
very disappointed with the muffin I purchased today. They are clearly NOT freshly baked. They formed a crust on top as they were exposed to air for a long time, maybe a day or more. They also not moist inside. definitely not worth the price of $5.50 each. I won't be returning again.
We sought them out based on other reviews & we were not disappointed. It can be difficult to find a place for Celiacs to eat with confidence - Ben & the rest of the staff are knowledgable, attentive, & great at setting people at ease. The food was delicious & proved safe for those in our party with celiac disease. We will return with confidence. Thank you again!
I ordered a strawberry shortcake for a birthday celebration & couldn't be happier with the experience. Alessandra & Benjamin made the entire process smooth & stress-free. The cake was fully customized to fit our event from the ingredients to the number of servings & even the shape.
It was absolutely delicious, light, fresh, & perfect after dinner. We received many compliments from our guests. Highly recommend!

When we walked in, the manager walked out from behind the counter to describe the menu to us. The food was incredible, but the energy, vibe, & service was even better. Even if you don't have celiac disease or a gluten intolerance, don't skip this place when you're visiting Montreal.
Gros coup de coeur pour Cantine Panella ! En tant que coeliaque, c'est tellement agréable de pouvoir profiter d'un menu aussi bon & varié.
J'ai essayé le grilled cheese au poulet, le pain de la semaine, la focaccia aux tomates séchées (honnêtement la meilleure focaccia que j'ai mangée !), le muffin aux carottes & épices & le brownie : tout était incroyable.
Ma famille a goûté aux pizzas & ils n'avaient que de bons mots à dire. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & familiale, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli.
Dommage que je ne vive pas à Montréal, mais je reviendrai assurément lors de ma prochaine visite!
Wow. Just found this place today. Amazing food selection. Paradise for my celiac wife. Super friendly & helpful staff. Bread selection is fantastic- hard pressed to tell the difference with gluten bread. Loved the quiche, banana muffin & cinnamon bun. Will certainly be our new go to for all things gluten free.
Tout simplement incroyable ce restaurant, la cuisine est délicieuse, l'ambiance est style bistro chic, le service est tellement attentionné & personnalisé… c'est important de souligner que toute l'équipe de la Cantine Panella travaille très fort pour offrir une expérience unique à leurs clients ! Bravo pour ça car c'est rare de nos jours.
