The food, atmosphere & service & Cantine Panella is fantastic. I am both vegan & gluten intolerant, & was so excited to find a place so kind & accommodating - everything was delicious! They took such pride in their food, & honestly, that was the best sandwich I've ever had, as was everything else we ordered. I wish we lived in Montreal so we could dine here regularly. Next time we visit, it will be our first stop. Also, if you are celiac, they have a special accreditation for celiacs which is really hard to get!

un des pires matcha que j'ai bu de ma vie.
Lorsque le serveur me l'a apporté, le matcha n'avait clairement pas la bonne couleur attendu surtout pour du matcha de la marque Camelia. C'etait du lait avec une teinte de vert aucun gout de matcha. Lorsque j'ai demandé au serveur de le refaire le barista semblait mécontent. Ils m'ont chargé deux dollars de plus pour ajouter du matcha. Je conseille fortement a l'équipe de revoir sa technique ou de retirer cet article de la vente. Un vrai matcha latte ce n'est pas 1/10 de matcha avec 9/10 de lait! Si je voulais un verre de lait, je l'aurai demandé.
Je vais à ce restaurant-boulangerie depuis l'ouverture & j'en raffole encore. Le menu entier est sans gluten & garanti sans contamination. Il est même certifié par la GFFP. Je rejoins les centaines d'avis positifs ici & sur « Find Me Gluten Free » en réitérant que la nourriture est délicieuse, de la meilleure qualité & toujours servi avec le sourire. Leur menu du jour a toujours un nouveau repas a offrir, assorti d'une entrée & d'un café. Ils ont également plusieurs options de pâtisseries & de repas fixes sur le menu, afin de pouvoir prendre & reprendre notre item favori. Que vous soyez coeliaque, intolérant ou tout simplement affamé cette cantine est un incontournable de la Petite Italie. L'ambiance est toujours au rendez-vous, donc venez profiter de cette chaleureuse pépite!

My family & I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cantine Panella, & it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Traveling with my wife & daughter, who both have celiac disease, can often be challenging, but Cantine Panella made it effortless & enjoyable.
We took an Uber from our airport hotel to the restaurant, & I must say, we were not disappointed. The owner was incredibly welcoming & knowledgeable, especially since his son also has celiac disease. This personal connection made us feel at ease, knowing that our dietary needs were well understood & catered to, given 100% gluten free establishment.
The variety of meals available was impressive, & our entire family of six thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, even those without celiac disease.
I highly recommend Cantine Panella to anyone visiting Montreal, especially those who have celiac disease. We will definitely be returning whenever we find ourselves in the city again.
Benjamin, Noemi, Alessandra & the rest of the team will make sure you'll have a great time. 100% GF, delicious options with great choices, whether you'll have a great breakfast (tried the pancakes, great French toasts & yummy eggs & bacon) or lunch (had one of the best pork Tonkatsu).
Can't go wrong with such great food & friendly staff. Hands down top 3 in Montréal.

Wasn't able to get a seat, so we sat on the bench outside. The food was amazing & fresh, & the owner still came outside to check on us. Will definitely be back!
Tout est sans gluten. Ils ont une grande variété de pains qu'ils nous font goûter. Ils sont délicieux.
