Excellente place pour un bon… tout ! Breuvage chaud froid léger consistant… ce n'est pas donné mais l'endroit est calme & chaleureux & le service de « Soti » est irréprochable (souriant, à l'écoute & très arrangeant).
J ai regardé la préparation du chocolat chaud, 75 pour cent d eau chaude & 25 pour cent de lait.... A 5 dollar le petit chocolat chaud on pourrait mettre plus de lait...
I always liked van houtte for their attention to details. Putting a plastic wrap around the coffee for uber deliveries. Well for some reason they didn't this time & my sandwhich was drenched in my iced coffee spilling in the bag..
I Love the matcha latte I always get it with exra 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, for me taste much more better, I would really recommend this play, nice & quiet place to stay in, service was done fast, workers were very nice, thanks van houtte

Services incroyables & des travailleurs hyper gentils ! En général, je ne suis pas fan de la franchise Van Houtte, mais cette succursale a réussi à me faire changer d'avis. Le service & la qualité des boissons Van Houtte sont vraiment au rendez-vous. Ce café dépasse largement mes attentes, surtout quand je le compare à celui situé sur Sainte-Catherine ou à d'autres. Continuez comme ça!
The woman running the shop is incredible! Drinks & food consistently great, high quality. I've been to several others in this franchise & all others are 3 stars at best. The cote vertu (on décarie, in VSL) location is the only one I visit now. My new favorite Cafe shop for the past year now 🫶🏽

Bare bones version of a Van Houtte. Did the trick--just needed a reg coffee & a place to sit. Very nice barista. Was unfortunately panhandled while inside the café. I understand people have a right to reach out for help, but I get it plenty enough on the street.
We just visited, amazing service, cleanliness, food presentation,. The owner had a big smile on her face. I had to congratulate her on the spot. Overall experience was 10 stars not 5
Shoutout to the employee who's there in the mornings on weekdays. She gives an incredible service to each customer & I hope she's getting paid accordingly. She is fast, knows her stuff, is polite, respectful, kind. She defenitly deserves a raise. Update : Please note that the only considering way to let an employee know their work is appreciated is to give them a raise. They are the reason you make profit.
I've been here for several times & it's always a pleasure drinking their coffee. I tried the filtered coffee & iced vanilla latte & both are excellent. Their triple chocolate muffin is pretty good as well, but not the best. I love the atmosphere, it's quite & if you're looking for a cafe to chill & relax without noise, then this is the right place for you
