I always liked van houtte for their attention to details. Putting a plastic wrap around the coffee for uber deliveries. Well for some reason they didn't this time & my sandwhich was drenched in my iced coffee spilling in the bag..

Bare bones version of a Van Houtte. Did the trick--just needed a reg coffee & a place to sit. Very nice barista. Was unfortunately panhandled while inside the café. I understand people have a right to reach out for help, but I get it plenty enough on the street.

I've been here for several times & it's always a pleasure drinking their coffee. I tried the filtered coffee & iced vanilla latte & both are excellent. Their triple chocolate muffin is pretty good as well, but not the best. I love the atmosphere, it's quite & if you're looking for a cafe to chill & relax without noise, then this is the right place for you

Disregard any previous negative reviews - since coming under new management, Café Van Houtte at this location has undergone a significant positive transformation. The quality brews, inviting ambiance, & a dedicated team provides an unparalleled experience. I'm very impressed. Don't let outdated feedback mislead you. Exceptional customer service & excellent coffee!

I went today to get myself a small filter coffee & omg, the place is so much organized & neat than before. Everything looks so pleasant to see. The owners are both really nice & they are into having a coffeeshop. There are some flowers, which I find cute. Overall, I recommend this place. Although the price are not cheap, I would still go. The only downside is the cold brew so try to get another drink than a cold brew to have a good experience with Van Houtte.

Best coffee shop...The place is very different & well organized than Before. The food is amazing, music of your choice.The owner is very sweet... Ever the best café. The cost is fair for everything & the atmosphere is good. This the best place that near the metro Cote-Vertu. You can Come to try, you will love it.

A good choice for a grab & go coffee. Can't recommend this place for sitting. Service was acceptable & the staff were ok. The menu is almost simito coffee shops in that category, however, they're most certainly better than Tim Hortons. Prices are average.
