Review Summary

Café St-Barth is widely regarded as a standout breakfast and brunch destination in Montreal, praised for its bright, cozy atmosphere, aesthetic decor, and extensive menu that includes highlights like fresh waffles, croffles, and flavorful egg dishes. Many visitors commend the consistently friendly, welcoming staff and the beautiful presentation of the food, which often features generous portions and fresh ingredients. While the spacious venue and large patio are popular features for both relaxed meals and study sessions, some patrons have noted challenges with long wait times during peak hours, occasional inconsistencies in drink quality, and concerns regarding pricing or service speed. Despite these mixed experiences, the majority of reviews celebrate the restaurant as a charming, vibrant cornerstone of the neighborhood that offers a memorable and high-quality dining experience.

The service & the atmosphere are awesome but all the drinks that I tried were not the best, especially the iced teas. But the pastries section is really good & tasty, especially the banana bread. The wifi is really good tho & it is a nice place to work.

I waited a little bit before getting seated, also had to wait some more before my order was taken but the meal was great, I particularly enjoyed the sunrise juice blend.

5 star place if you are a Gen-Z TikToker who likes their Swifty playlist nice & way too loud!
If you're not...Bruh...it may not be for you.
Like everything on Social Media & AirBnb, it's amazing what digital touchups can do. We were surprised that it didn't look as nice as it did in the photos. No cap.
I was gagged when they said breakfast was not being served, with no mention of that on the menu or website.
Over 15 dollars for a lox & cream cheese bagel? Big Yikes.
Oh, & don't order the Belgian Waffles unless you like 3 of the smallest pieces of dough you've ever seen. These things looked like baby turtles fleeing from their shells into the sea. It gave major ick vibes.
The food presentation is nice, & I guess that's part of the high prices. We took the L on that one.
Head here if you want brunch with your bae besties & fire skibidi toilet rizz music, stay away if you want a chill brunch with affordable filling food.
