Le Café St-Barth offre un endroit lumineux et cosy avec une déco soignée et un espace spacieux idéal pour un brunch entre amis ou une séance d’étude. Les avis saluent des portions généreuses, une carte brunch variée, des boissons et un café de qualité, ainsi qu’un service sympathique et attentif, sans oublier une terrasse appréciable en été. Mais certains signalent une wifi peu fiable, des temps d’attente et des prix qui peuvent paraître élevés pour la prestation. Dans l’ensemble, l’adresse est populaire et accueillante, une vraie étape recommandée du quartier pour un petit-déjeuner ou un brunch.
A surprisingly wonderful breakfast spot we just happened to find north of our hotel. In MY opinion it certainly rivals the traditional old Montreal bakery cafes north of Mount Royal...& is easier to get to!!!!
Open early at 8 a.m. to late until 11 p.m. & very close to McGill this would be a constant if I was a Montrealer.
Lovely , open & plenty of seating options including a HUGE patio which must be lovely in warmer months.
The food is exceptional with generous portions of lox & avocados in what I believe are St. Viateur bagels & a delicious fresh salad (which I have never had for breakfast but was delightful!!!).
Servers were friendly & efficient & it was a pleasure to speak personally to the manager who actually WORKS there with his crew!!!! Refreshing to see!!!!
Thanks to all at Cafe St. Barth for this terrific Montreal meal & memory!!!! I'm sure this would be even prettier at night & in WARMER weather!!
Un beau grand café avec beaucoup de choix de déjeuner toute la journée. Après 15 vous pouvez aussi manger différents choix de hamburger. Produits frais. Une belle grande salle éclairée. Personnel très gentils.
If you're not a fan of noisy cafés or crowded bars, this place is a great choice. It's spacious, & the tables are well spaced out, so you don't really hear the people next to you. The drinks were good quality, & the staff were attentive without being overbearing. It's a really nice spot for a relaxed, chill afternoon. They also have a terrace, which would be perfect for enjoying a drink outside in the summer.
The wifi is so unreliable which makes it difficult to study & stay here for a long time. I bought a meal & a drink thinking I'd stay for a few hours but it's just impossible get work done without good wifi. Probably won't return because of this. Milton B was somehow way better :

Muita espera e as garçonetes demoram bastante pra te alocar na mesa quando claramente há meses disponíveis. Porém, todas super simpáticas e a comida é ótima e farta.
What a great spot for brunch! Location is great, service was amazing & the food was fantastic. Very yummy fresh smoothies. The potatoes are a must get!!

Nourriture mangeable, style buffet dans les tout inclus. Ce n'est pas un restaurant, mais plutôt un café qui essaye de se faire passer pour +. Très bon service à l'acceuil
While the presentation of the food was great, I was disappointed in the quality of it. The biggest disappointment was this 7$ that was of very bad quality. The waffle were not crispy but rather like cake or very soft cookies. I had a hard time cutting the eggs up as well.
This is one of the most incredible breakfast places I have been to in Montreal.
The staff was incredibly welcoming & the food was absolutely delicious.
This location is a must when you visit Montreal.
We had to come back for a second day in a row, it was so good the first day.
I got the Frappuccino with the coconut syrup & it was mid. It was very liquid & the taste was a bit off. But the service was great & the place is very aesthetic.
