If you want to sit outdoors, you order inside & they bring the food out to you, so secure your outdoor seating beforehand if you have several people to accommodate. The outdoor gardens are lovely with beautiful flowers & a nice setting despite being on Ave fu Parc. The food quality itself is quite good & I recommend something like the herb chicken focaccia which came with a nice blend of avocado & pesto with salad on the side. We will be back!
Wanted to come to a nice brunch spot with my friends, & Café St. Bath did not disappoint! I had the Eggs Benedict & the Belgian waffles, both were absolutely delicious. They were also very accommodating with my nut & sesame allergies, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly & attentive, & the overall experience was great. Definitely recommend!
Brought my golden retriever Biscuit along last Saturday afternoon & was so relieved to find a spot that genuinely welcomed him without any fuss. The staff even brought out a little water bowl for him while I settled in with a really lovely latte & one of their almond croissants that I'm still thinking about. The terrace has a relaxed, unhurried vibe that made it easy to linger for a couple of hours without feeling like we were in anyone's way. If you're a dog owner in Montreal hunting for a cafe that actually means it when they say pet-friendly, Saint Barth is worth the trip.
Great food, fresh fruits, fresh flowers.. cozy cafe vibes.. very nice service 😍
A surprisingly wonderful breakfast spot we just happened to find north of our hotel. In MY opinion it certainly rivals the traditional old Montreal bakery cafes north of Mount Royal...& is easier to get to!!!!
Open early at 8 a.m. to late until 11 p.m. & very close to McGill this would be a constant if I was a Montrealer.
Lovely , open & plenty of seating options including a HUGE patio which must be lovely in warmer months.
The food is exceptional with generous portions of lox & avocados in what I believe are St. Viateur bagels & a delicious fresh salad (which I have never had for breakfast but was delightful!!!).
Servers were friendly & efficient & it was a pleasure to speak personally to the manager who actually WORKS there with his crew!!!! Refreshing to see!!!!
Thanks to all at Cafe St. Barth for this terrific Montreal meal & memory!!!! I'm sure this would be even prettier at night & in WARMER weather!!
Un beau grand café avec beaucoup de choix de déjeuner toute la journée. Après 15 vous pouvez aussi manger différents choix de hamburger. Produits frais. Une belle grande salle éclairée. Personnel très gentils.
If you're not a fan of noisy cafés or crowded bars, this place is a great choice. It's spacious, & the tables are well spaced out, so you don't really hear the people next to you. The drinks were good quality, & the staff were attentive without being overbearing. It's a really nice spot for a relaxed, chill afternoon. They also have a terrace, which would be perfect for enjoying a drink outside in the summer.
Drove from PA to Montreal, 8 hour trip. Found this gem & OMG the food, service & ambiance was delightful.
The taste was like a party in your mouth..
The Owner & chef came to our table, share a few stories & adventures & the reason for the name'Cafe St Barth'
If you are in the area, you must stop in.
Nourriture mangeable, style buffet dans les tout inclus. Ce n'est pas un restaurant, mais plutôt un café qui essaye de se faire passer pour +. Très bon service à l'acceuil
