An elder member of my family was walking in front of this'Cafe' & slipped on some chocolate & fell rather hardly on the ground. None of the employees acknowledged her fall including the older, male, owner/manager. If you see someone fall you should do the decent thing & see if they are okay instead of ignoring her. He actually accused her of trying to pull this as a'trick' for money when we went back to ask him about it!! He doesn't know anything about our finances but trust me, we don't need extra money, esp from a crappy coffee booth with terrible customer service. He also said he wasn't responsible for what is on the floor outside of his cafe/booth. He may not be responsible but he could put out some effort to keep his area clean. We ended up talking to security (who was very nice & professional) to document the fall in case she had any fractures & hopefully they can review the video of the man looking the other way & MAYBE possibly begin the process of removing this terrible coffee booth from the mall.
Je viens de commander un latté glacé. Le service est extrêmement lent & la serveuse n'a pas l'air d'avoir de l'expérience en matière de café… Mon latté n'était pas bon. En plus, elle avait un air bête avec aucun sourire & aucun bonjour. Je comprends pourquoi les gens ont tous écrit des mauvais commentaires!
Expérience très décevante. Première fois, aucun bonjour de la part du propriétaire ni de la serveuse. J'ai commandé 2 lattés chauds & on m'a servi des lattés glacés, alors que je ne bois jamais de lattés froids. Quand j'ai expliqué l'erreur, la serveuse m'a contredite au lieu de s'excuser. Ensuite, elle a parlé de moi avec le propriétaire juste devant moi. Aucun merci ni au revoir à la fin. Service à la clientèle catastrophique. Plus jamais….
Très déçue de mon expérience au Café Romy du Carrefour Laval. Mon sandwich au poulet était visiblement mal cuit à l'intérieur (rose), donc je suis retournée avec une photo comme preuve. Au lieu d'essayer de comprendre la situation, le gérant m'a dit que tout était correct & m'a même demandé de venir de l'autre côté du comptoir pour me montrer les autres sandwichs. Mon sandwich aussi avait l'air normal avant que je croque dedans…
Il me répétait aussi que j'étais la seule à qui c'était arrivé & que personne d'autre n'était revenu se plaindre de poulet mal cuit. Désolée, mais juste parce que les autres clients ne sont pas revenus ne veut pas dire qu'il n'y avait pas un problème avec mon sandwich.
Ensuite, il m'a dit que ce n'était pas du poulet mais de la dinde, alors que le sandwich était affiché comme un sandwich baguette au poulet, poivrons & oignons. Je demandais simplement un remboursement, mais il a refusé. À la place, il m'a donné une salade gratuitement, mais de façon très brusque & sans aucune politesse.
Le service était déjà peu accueillant dès notre arrivée : aucun sourire, aucun bonjour, attitude très désagréable. C'est dommage, parce que moi & mes collègues allions souvent manger là pendant nos pauses. Après cette expérience, nous ne reviendrons plus.
Malheureusement l'acceuil à ce café est déplorable. Aucun sourire, aucun merci, ni de la part du gérant, ni de la serveuse. Je trouve ça inacceptable pour des gens qui travaillent avec le public. Nourriture très ordinaire.

Coffee was really good. Service ok. Pastry was so dry it had to be from 2 days ago. I was told, rather rudely, that I needed to leave to make room for paying customers, probably because I had my coffee in my own tumbler & had already brought my tray back? I showed my reciept & to their credit, they apologized, but I will still not return.
