The young employees were friendly, even though you can tell they have not much experience. But the manager (maybe owner)... he should stay home. I'd rather deal with inexperienced friendly people trying their best than a guy who does not care at all, doesn't smile at all, barely talks to the customer... (one word sentences). Everything you can read about him in other reviews is true. I wanted a change from Starbucks & giving money to a huge corporation, well this guy made me regret it & wanna go back to Starbucks. Won't go again.View more
