The two-level layout, quirky decor, and occasional projections give it a distinctive character, while the space offers plenty of seating and outlets and remains open late, often described as a welcoming spot to chill, be productive, or meet friends. The coffee and pastries are hit or miss for some, with some drinks praised and others considered average, and the vibe sometimes overrides the coffee quality; vegan options and a selection of drinks including beer and wine add to the appeal. Music is frequently cited as too loud, distracting for conversation or listening to personal music, and a few mornings feature cooking smells that irritate eyes. Staff are generally friendly, though a few reviews mention attitude issues among baristas; parking can be challenging, but the place is still viewed as a hidden gem with unique charm and a strong sense of atmosphere that invites return visits.
This is one of my favourite places to sit & work, discover new music or hang out with friends. They have a good selection of drinks & a decent selection of food. Only downside is the service which can be reallll slow.
10/10 coffee & food. The café has a nice vibe, it's great for people-watching & catching up with friends. The clerks were smiling & were very kind. If I didn't live in Verdun I'd go more often.

Café avec une ambiance sympathique, un peu anticafé & avec divers évènement culturels. C'est le bon côté de l'endroit. Mais le reste... le café n'est pas très bon, la nourriture n'est pas très bonne, le service est très lent & l'endroit reste assez exigu. Le local est grand mais on a l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Tout cela serait tolérable si les prix étaient bas, mais ce n'est absolument pas le cas, c'est un des cafés les plus chers dans lequel je suis allé (& des cafés sur le Plateau j'en ai fais beaucoup...). En plus celui qui semble être le patron accueille les clients en anglais... Bref sauf pour faire un petit tour du local qui est sympathique, passez votre chemin.
Staff is super nice, music is greatvand the vibe of the place is cozy & chill. But I beg you, please clean dust of the place, I can tell dust has accumulated for years now 😬🤧
Très bel endroit. DVD de breaking bad poussiéreux. J'ai pris la limonade thé glacé & mon chum a pris le lait d'orr, c'était succulent & exquis. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de place dans l'espace relax sans chaussures, Je vais devoir y retourner 😉. Mid brownie tho. Les toilettes étaient insane, plein de dessins pour me distraire pendant ma grosse commission. Goatesque endroit JE RECOMMANDE!!!
Le service est terriblement lent, vous pouvez attendre plus de 30 minutes pour un café, s'il n'est pas pour emporter. Il faut être patient. Sinon c'est un endroit sympa si vous y trouver une place pour vous y asseoir.
There are many students at this coffee studying everyday & even if it's pricey it's a good vibe to study. BUT FOR THE SAKE OF GOODS PLEASE IM TALKING FOR EVERYONE TURN DOWM THE MUSIC VOLUME. It's always insanely high you don't hear yourself talking, you feel the vibration... I would give 4 start of the sound was not that's insanely high.

What a cool place. Love the ambiance. The chocolatine & croissant aux amandes were delicious, as were the coffees. Service was really nice. Would love to come back in evenings (they serve wine!)
the music is way too loud to comfortably focus on anything. I stayed for a number of hours with with my noise cancelling headphones on high & could still hear it. this is the only flaw i hope they can improve. otherwise i really liked all of the seating options & decor.

It has a unique decor, & the ambiance is very nice also. They project movies each week. You can also propose some to them. The food is good too. It is a nice place to hang out, grab a snack & to study too.
