If you're looking for an authentic coffee experience in Montreal, this is the place to be! I tried the Remix & Cafe Crema, & both were absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Visited on a quiet Tuesday afternoon in April -rare breathing room at a spot usually packed in summer, & for good reason. I've never had anything sub-par here; everything is consistently high quality.
This time, the crema di caffè was the standout-best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, smooth texture, & a generous portion unlike the tiny, overpriced versions elsewhere. The hot chocolate was rich & deep, & the cornetto with apricot jam hit the perfect note of sweetness.
My wife kept praising how fresh everything tasted. The standard here rivals what you'd find in Italy-truly impressive.View more

Got the cafe crema, caffe latte, nutella croissant, pistachio bomboloni , & tiramisu. AMAZING taste. Legitimately the most delicious cafe drinks & food. The service was also spectacular. Since we speak english we expected to be treated with a bad attitude like some places in montreal, yet the baristas were super friendly & conversational. Will recommend to everyone & come back for sure! It was quite busy & a long line though. The prices were also very reasonable, our drinks were like 4$ each.View more

Came here with my wife for breakfast & then we returned later that day after dinner. The vibe is very cozy & the service is very friendly. For breakfast, we ordered the prosciutto & mortadella sandwiches. The prosciutto sandwich was my first Italian sandwich & it truly blew my mind. Their cappuccinos were also good. My wife tried the cafe crema & she absolutely loved it. For our later night dessert, we ordered the hazelnut & pistachio gelato, & it was the best gelato we tasted in to this day. We tried other gelato in Montreal, but this was hands down the best. The line can be very long here in the morning & also late at night.View more

Best coffee in the area. The donuts are amazing. The heavenly biscotti is so good. The cafe crema was so refreshing on a hot afternoon. Our hotel gave us breakfast but we told them to stop & went to Olimpico every morning instead! Long line but worth the wait.View more

I am a coffee snob. I have had coffee/espresso all over Italy, France, Spain, Colombia, Turkey, etc. We even did a coffee tour in Colombia, Armenia region, where the finest beans are grown. I have not had coffee/espresso as amazing as I had at Olimpico. The espresso OMG! It is smooth, silky, with the right amount of crema. I wish I lived next door to Olimpico.
