They have a lot of snack options so I got myself a little pistachio croissant ✨ Léo was the barista that served me & his coffe was perfectly done, coming from someone that drinks coffee every day. You might have to wait a couple minutes but it's definetly worth it! The atmosphere is warm & you have a couple tables to seat if you want to.View more
Les cafés & pâtisseries sont bons. Même si l'affogato est sur le menu, il n'y en a pas l'hiver. Le service est correct sans plus, l'endroit est très petit.View more
Cafe Olimpico never disappoints especially the old port location! Very nice vibes. Enjoy a delicious coffee in the old port anytime of the year! Their cafe crema is really good & unique!View more
If you're searching for the best hot chocolate in town, look no further than Cafe Olimpico. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles & exceptional customer service that made me feel right at home. Their hot chocolate is nothing short of perfection. It was rich, velvety, & perfectly balanced-not too sweet, with just the right amount of chocolatey indulgence. Served with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, it felt like a hug in a cup. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, & the care put into its preparation is evident in every sip. The staff were incredibly attentive & friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed. They even took the time to recommend some pastries to pair with the drink, which turned out to be an amazing combination.View more
Tasty Pastry, Good Coffee, & Historical vibe. First time in Montreal, & received a tons of good things about Cafe Olimpico that I must pay a visit. We stopped by after a sight shopping around Old town area. So luckily that we got an empty spot! Tiramisu, Latte, Affogato for the first round! Briefly, Tiramisu was good, fresh made. It's the most famous here. Affogato suit to my non-coffee type of person, but I found that it was SO sweet! Second round, 2x Bomboloni! a small little dough stuffed with Pistachio cream, & Chocolate chips were great. Frankly, it wasn't sweet like Affogato. Staffs were friendly, with French expression. lol Overall, loved everything here, certainly recommended.View more
The Mordatella sandwich was so yummy! Pistachio bomboloni was heavenly! Tea with milk was way above expectations. This cafe was worth waiting in line for. Highly recommend this gem of a cafe & we will be back when we visit Montreal next time!View more

I recently visited Cafe Olimpico & was thoroughly impressed by both their service & coffee. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles & a welcoming atmosphere. They were attentive & knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect coffee for my liking. The coffee itself was exceptional-rich & aromatic, with a smooth finish that left me wanting more. I tried their signature blend, & it was perfectly balanced, showcasing the quality of their beans. Overall, I highly recommend Cafe olimpico for anyone looking for a delightful coffee experience coupled with excellent service. Nick & Nico were working when I went & I love to see one of their faces there because I know I'm always going to get the best coffee & service.View more
I had a fantastic experience at Cafe Olimpico! The coffee is delicious, & the atmosphere is so inviting. Nick & Nico are incredible baristas-friendly, knowledgeable, & always ready with a smile. Got the cafe crema, caffe latte, nutella croissant, pistachio bomboloni , & tiramisu. AMAZING taste. Legitimately the most delicious cafe drinks & food. The service was also spectacular. Since we speak english we expected to be treated with a bad attitude like some places in montreal, yet the baristas were super friendly & conversational. Will recommend to everyone & come back for sure! It was quite busy & a long line though. The prices were also very reasonable, our drinks were like 4$ each.View more
Perfect location of cafe, drink & food options for every kind of coffee drinkers. Must try affogato.View more
Digne d'un vrai café italien. Mon mokaccino était délicieux, jamais bu un aussi bon ici & le tiramisu un délice en bouche. Mon mari a adoré son capuccino & ses biscotisView more
Café Olimpico is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm & inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly & make you feel right at home. The highlight of my visit was definitely their tiramisu. It was simply divine - creamy, rich, & perfectly balanced in sweetness. A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their latte is also exceptional. The coffee is smooth & robust, with just the right amount of foam. It's clear they use high-quality beans & take great care in their preparation. The ambiance of the café is cozy & charming, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Whether you're there for a quick coffee or to savor their delicious desserts, Café Olimpico never disappoints.View more
One of my favourite cafes in Montreal - the one in mile end is usually my go to but this one is just as fabulous, near the old port! Not many seating spaces fyi but there's a seating area in the very back (technically the lobby area of hotel WG that is super cozy & where many ppl sit to work/read.) Though their coffee is delicious, try their gelato! I'm convinced their pistachio gelato is the closest I've gotten in Canada to the ones you'd get in ItalyView more
The best cafe in Old port Montreal. Loved their desserts, cakes & coffeeView more
Honestly great cafe, really nice location & street. Wish prices were a bit lower but that's on the higher average of the area.View more
Perfect cafe for coffee lovers...one of the best hazelnut gelatos I've ever had...unique decadent texture!View more
It's a very busy location but service is very fast. I ordered the affogato & it was delicious. The espresso has a very smooth, soft flavour. Paired well with pistachio ice cream. Tiramisu is also very good! My friend ordered an almond croissant. Crispy layers with custard cream inside (I think it's custard?) love it! Reasonable price at a DT cafe shop too!View more
Came here with my wife for breakfast & then we returned later that day after dinner. The vibe is very cozy & the service is very friendly. For breakfast, we ordered the prosciutto & mortadella sandwiches. The prosciutto sandwich was my first Italian sandwich & it truly blew my mind. Their cappuccinos were also good. My wife tried the cafe crema & she absolutely loved it. For our later night dessert, we ordered the hazelnut & pistachio gelato, & it was the best gelato we tasted in to this day. We tried other gelato in Montreal, but this was hands down the best. The line can be very long here in the morning & also late at night.View more
This is considered most hyped cafe in Montreal but indeed we feel it's worth to try! We're impressed with the taste of their coffee & pastry. We ordered the caffe latte & hot chocolate plus the cornetti & bomboloni cakes & it's really well made! The environment & atmosphere is nice & friendly & not very crowded in early morning (they open 6am which is very early to tourist) so mostly is local people here take breakfast in the morning. Only one employee is making everything but it's efficient & running smoothly. It's located in old port & near the Notre-Dame as wellView more
Oh my! The enjoyment we got from visiting this café is hard to describe. It was on my wishlist, & I expected a great experience, but I had no idea the coffee would be this good. We ordered the latte freddo & pistachio affogato, & tiramisu-all of which were absolutely delicious. The latte freddo had a perfect balance of bitterness & sweetness, & the affogato was a delightful mix of espresso & gelato.View more
Best coffee in the area. The donuts are amazing. The heavenly biscotti is so good. The cafe crema was so refreshing on a hot afternoon. Our hotel gave us breakfast but we told them to stop & went to Olimpico every morning instead! Long line but worth the wait.View more
Experience of an old cafe with delicious food & delightful service. Great idea to start the downtown sightseeing with a breakfast at this amazing cafe😇 Food: Loved the late, the pestatio croissant, & especially the sandwich Space: a bit small for that amount of customers but you can wait to get a sit fast enough! It was worth the wait:)View more
