You know the coffee is going to be amazing when the barista refuses to serve the first batch of espresso they made because it wasn't up to their standard, & then remakes the coffee. Probably the best coffee I have had in the city, I only wish the place was a little bigger.Voir plus
This cafe in city center is rather small. Maybe around 8 seats only. Most people would just take away their coffee & snack. The Nutella cookie is amazing. The coffee is great. I really like it here.Voir plus

Update: On Monday, January 8, I revisited Olimpico & recounted the incident to the other barista, Daniele. He responded with absolute professionalism, offering an explanation for such occurrences in a bustling café, expressing gratitude for my feedback, & extending an apology. _______________ Tonight, I experienced disappointment. I choose Olimpico to have freshly grounded espresso. After ordering two Cortados, the barista used preground coffee that had been sitting around the grinder throughout the day, scraping it off to make my shot. This was unprofessional, but I felt too shy to voice my complaint. (Jan 3rd, before closing)Voir plus
