Used to live a block away from Nocturne & this was my FAV! pastries were all baked fresh in house in the morning & were absolutely delicious! They often had cool rotating flavours for baked goods like maple bacon scones or orange cake! I love how flaky the chocolate croissants are! Their scones were also some of my favourites & often times they were MASSIVE! Their coffee roast is on the darker side but it is so so smooth & the baristas there know how to perfect every cup! They often had seasonal stops that were also homemade! Vibes inside are cozy & there are usually plenty of outlets & a good amount of large tables to work at. One thing to note, is that the wifi sometimes bugs out!View more

i absolutely adore this cafe. so cute, good coffee & amazing croissants. i think it was the largest croissant I've eaten that was actually good. it's in the perfect area close to campus & entering on the plateau. come here for your morning pastry & coffee before walking around the plateau or to mount royal on the weekends. can also work from here on week days being that it's close to campus.View more

Passed many times, the week is estimated to be full. But I didn't want to go in for a drink until today. Flat White tastes good! sitting next to the girl reading a book to recommend his family a series of bread Croissants. But I look & look & there is no place for Croissants ", I went to ask! Turns out they're sold out! Oh my God!! It's only after 2:00. Afternoon? exm? Have any friends eaten it? Is it really good? No.1 in my mind Is GUILLAUME's still good? Coffee (Flat white) was not good like seen on Instagram, & the milk was burnt which is shame because we came here after seeing all the good reviews.
The barista mentioned that flat white was supposed to be very liquid since the milk is thinner & latte art wasn’t possible. ( See attached image ) This isn’t true based on other coffee shops I’ve been to.
She then said we should have asked for a cappuccino since the milk was thicker. This was better but still the milk was burnt.
Giving 3 star since she remade coffee for us & the croissant was awesome, but overall won’t come again for just the coffee.View more
