I had to do some personal stuff, so I decided to go for a coffee & croissant. It was early in the morning, but the barista was super kind & helpful when I asked wi-fi's name & password. The coffee & croissant also was very delicious & atmosphere was super cool! Highly recommended!

The food & coffee is delicious. But service to go is terrible. The girl that made me my coffee is more busy to talk with friends around & didn't say hi & almost drop my coffee never acknowledge any customer around. It was rude & unprofessional. She also keeps putting her fingers in her mouth.
So, here's the thing. I don't love their salads... The salad dressing leaves much to be desired & it's just on the bland side. I tried one at another location years ago & couldn't even finish it, it did nothing for me. But now I'm 20 weeks pregnant, & saw Milano's on Uber the other day... Thought what the heck, let's try a salad again.. It was fine, as expected. Did nothing for me. Very boring, thought NOPE, not for me.
But a week later, it popped up on Uber again. Cue absolutely insanely massive craving for a salad I do not love. But, baby must have what baby wants - so I ordered it... & it suddenly tastes incredible. Life changing. It's the same salad it always has been, but the baby can't get enough, so I guess this is my life now. Maybe i'm the problem.
Side note: their Nutella Bombas are insane though. Also got an iced coffee & it's very very good.
I went with my father for coffee & sandwiches on a Tuesday evening. He had the tuna salad & I had the grilled chicken, & both were excellent; mine was outstanding. I found the atmosphere a bit impersonal, but I tend to prefer a more intimate space, so maybe that's just me. The service was friendly, & both coffees were very good. I received good value for my buck, which is a growing concern these days. I'll definitely come back again!
First time visiting this place what a wonderful experience we enjoyed lovely coffees with an amazing sandwich steak & capicola. It was amazing. Had a pleasant conversation with one of the owners named Joe who is very nice. We will definitely be back great atmosphere great food great coffee , a place like this, much needed in the West Island
I was visiting Montreal for a few days & visited Cafe Milano almost twice a day. The cafe is spacious with a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee is so good. I loved the flat whites, espresso's, cortados & macchiatos whether iced or hot. The service was always great & prices are not bad. They offer multiple food options, dessert & pastries. If you have not visited I will say it's highly recommended & next time I am in the city I am coming back.
Great vibe, always lively & busy, which adds to the experience. The service is good & efficient even during peak times. A perfect spot for a casual coffee or quick bite in the West Island!
