Italian pastries & desserts were delicious! We were three friends. Moccacino was great, latte was nice, cappuccino was so so. Service was super friendly & kind. The setting was fine but noisy. I recommend this place to meet with family, friends or even work a bit on your laptop (with headphones).
⭐ Milano Café - West Island⭐
We've visited Milano Café several times, & it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the West Island. It's a charming café with a fantastic variety of sweet & savory options - everything from pastries to light bites, all beautifully prepared & absolutely delicious.
The coffee is excellent, always fresh & flavorful, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy something tasty, & feel completely comfortable.
The service is consistently good as well. Staff members are friendly, attentive, & make you feel welcome every time you walk in.
We genuinely enjoy coming here & highly recommend Milano Café to anyone looking for a cozy, delicious, & reliable spot in the West Island.
Best espresso by far! Sandwiches are thought out perfectly, pastries are the real deal. Even their fries have a great sauce on the side! Kind telephone service to fix an Uber issue. Stay awesome!
I was visiting Montreal for a few days & visited Cafe Milano almost twice a day. The cafe is spacious with a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee is so good. I loved the flat whites, espresso's, cortados & macchiatos whether iced or hot. The service was always great & prices are not bad. They offer multiple food options, dessert & pastries. If you have not visited I will say it's highly recommended & next time I am in the city I am coming back.
This place is the spot in the West Island. I am so happy that they opened here as they brought life to the plaza. The coffee, pastries & food is amazing & fresh. It's a great place to stop by for a drink or a coffee. Read a book or to talk to your friends, people study here, meet for dates, & everything goes. The staff is very friendly & there is plenty of seating. Everything is priced very reasonable & there is something on the menu for everyone.
I am not from Montreal but wanted to grab a quick, preferably healthy breakfast before a meeting. The place had a big line up & as I looked at the menu I could not see eggs or anything similar. It seemed it was more coffee & pastries. Now the coffee & the pastry I had was pretty decent. I would say that this place is good to grab a coffee while you have a conversation with someone. I would not consider this a breakfast place.
Preppy fun place for a coffee meet with friends. Love their sandwiches & pastries...
This should be everyone go to place. It's affordable, the portion are big & the taste is amazing. Fresh coffee & awesome service. They have delicious pastries/ croissants which can be brought to parties & gatherings.
Excellent pastries for an "Italian" breakfast! Spacious yet comfy vibe. Bravo! PS forget the Cornetto, try the deep fried cheesecake. Delish!
Went there for a quick lunch had a crispy chicken salad. The chicken was flavorful, but the salad left much to be desired, trace amount of red onion & tomato to be found & uninspiring vinaigrette. It's beautiful little café that offers a table service after ordering at the counter the staff is super friendly I have to go back to try if they're sandwiches or if they're pastries to give a but it's a nice place. Will update once I go back.
Great spot for Italian pastries although the service was a bit disappointing. My friend & I stood around when we arrived since the place was busy & too crowded. Had no idea if we go up to the counter to order or the waiter/waitress comes to us since we're both visually impaired. Then we finally went up to the counter & ordered. My tiramisu & bottle water came quick, but my friend's order, bomba & latte was forgotten. So he had to go back to the counter, showed his receipt & another lady took care of his order & it came quick. Seems like the first lady whom we placed our complete order to, was clueless about their menu & her head was in the clouds. Honestly I was going to order half a dozen cannolis to take home but I figured it was pointless dealing with their service again.
