The freshest onigiri I've ever had since in Japan I eat them generally out of a konbini! They make them to order here. These onigiri were so tasty & very adventurous in their flavors. An absolute must stop for any onigiri lover.View more

Such a great local discovery! One of the best cafés in the area, in my opinion. The Onigiri is amazing, great portion, & like most people are saying, the matcha & hojicha lattes are hands-down the BEST I've ever had in the city. The staff is very sweet & friendly, & the space is filled with art, plays fantastic music (always great music choices!) & the bathrooms are always impeccably clean. Love that it's open later than most cafes in the area, too. Nice place to work or study & grab a tasty bite to eat at the same time! 10/10 ⭐View more

Really cozy & quiet spot near the bustling St. Laurent Ave. I got a hojicha latte, which is one of the best ones I've had - highly recommend it! I also tried the tuna onigiri, which was a bit too much mayo for my taste, but still very tasty. Everything is decently priced & I look forward to trying the other onigiris next time.View more

I LOVE this café!!! Their matcha & hojicha lattes are both insanely good (the best I've ever had!) & their onigiri are tasty, filling, & reasonably priced. The decor is gorgeous & the atmosphere is great. The owners & staff are always very nice & welcoming. I've told all of my friends about this place & I couldn't recommend them enough!View more

Such a lovely experience at Café Le Nigiriz in Montréal. Onigiris are so tasty, the tea selection is perfect, as well as the service. The deco & atmosphere were just great to spend a relaxing moment. Highly recommended 🙂View more

I had the fried chicken & the salmon onigiri, both were a bit disappointing. The chicken wasn't crispy, it had gone cold, soggy & chewy so it wasn't easy to eat or tasty. The salmon had no seasoning & was overcooked & dry. I also had the marinated mushrooms, & it was just one mushroom cut into 4 & it really wasn't to my taste. The marinade was filling the mushroom & burst out in my mouth. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but it wasn't for me. The staff all were very nice & the cafe looks really cool too. I would go back to try coffee & a pastry because they looked good.View more

Best hojicha latte I've ever had. It was so thick, nutty/tasty flavor, not too sweet. It almost reminded me of a Korean multigrain drink. Loved that they had an option for oat milk as well. The matcha biscuit had a pleasantly strong matcha flavor.View more

Probably the best hojicha latte I've ever had! So smooth & creamy. I will be back to try the matcha one. The onigiri is very fresh & tasty- my favorite is the seasoned egg (ajitama) one. The space is very beautiful & cozy. The wall & ceiling detailing is quite unique & beautiful. This place has a great atmosphere for meeting up with a friend, or working/studying at a cafe.View more
