Spent an afternoon at the café while enjoying their flat white coffee with an extra shot of espresso. Ambiance was great & not too noisy, great enough to relax & chat with a few friends. The barista was very friendly & professional from the way he prepared our drinks. I would like to return there if I am around that neighbourhood again.
Très déçu de mon expérience dans ce café. Le service à la clientèle était médiocre : lorsque j'ai demandé à la préposée au comptoir de chauffer mon croissant, elle m'a simplement répondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas le faire, elle m'a dit c'est le croissant du jour, sans aucune explication ni effort pour aider.
J'ai eu l'impression que l'apparence de ma conjointe semblait déranger, ce qui a rendu l'accueil encore plus désagréable.
Bref, une expérience très négative. Je n'y retournerai plus.
Server seemed like she was bossing around her colleague, & was a bit rude to customers. Too many people in a claustrophobic space makes it not ideal for studying. Drink I got was okay but I'd choose another café.
Une adorable adresse de quartier autant adaptée pour étudier que pour jaser avec des amis ou pour lire tranquillement. Le service est très cordial grâce aux baristas qui reconnaissent certains clients. Le café est aussi doté d'une terrasse très agréable lors des beaux jours ensoleillés.
It's a lovely little café located near Marché Jean-Talon. With quick service & a nice terrace, it's the perfect stop to hangout with friends. Coffees are good & the desserts are delicious as well.

Un café beau, agréable & propre. Bien qu'il soit petit, il est merveilleux & calme. Le service est très bon. Les employés sont gentils & toujours souriants & essaient toujours de fournir le meilleur, en particulier le capacino, qui a un goût très merveilleux. . Un café que je recommande vivement.
Excellent service & un bel endroit ! Il y a beaucoup de place à s'installer à l'intérieur ou à côté! Quelqu'un m'avait recommendé d'y aller à ce café & j'ai bien aimé! J'y retournerais pour essayer leur patisseries tel que les biscuits à mes prochaines visite 🫶🧡🧡🧡
This is my favorite cafe in the city. The coffee is excellent (I prefer it to the 30 nearest spots except of course the other Larue), but it isn't the primary reason I come. It has a real local community vibe. Plus, they charge a very reasonable amount for the cappuccino & my kid gets a babyccino on the house. Also, all the pastries are tasty. & also! They have skim milk for my coffee. No one around here has it anymore.
