About 5 years ago, I adopted my sweet cat Lucid from Refuge Animex through Café Chato, & she's still with me today - healthy, happy, & so deeply loved 💛
Luci was my first rescue. Since then, I've also adopted her two granddaughters - Soussou & her sister lily - who have brought even more joy & love into my life.
All of them are fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, & living in a clean, calm, & loving home.
If you're considering adoption, I highly recommend visiting Café Chato.
It's not just a charming cat café - it's a safe space where cats from Refuge Animex are given a second chance at life, & where you just might meet your perfect furry soulmate.

Toujours cute, mais j'étais un peu déçu qu'ils ont enlevé le panini au'végépâté maison, dijon & tomates séchées' (qui est toujours écrit sur le menu en ligne). Maintenant il y a aucun panini végane :(

This is one of the better cat cafes. The cats are very relaxed & not stressed out. The environment is calm, very spacious. Cats have their own space. The staff are super friendly & very knowledgeable about each cat's personalities. The coffee & choice of menu items was diverse. My friend had a grilled cheese with pears. The atmosphere is very calm & relaxed & you can tell that with the cats that they are not stressed out like some other places. Also, I do want to give a shout out that I love the thought that was put into this cafe including the washroom having feminine hygiene products available for customers is above & beyond, I wish more places did that.Voir plus

Tellement une expérience originale. Ce café rassemble les générations, des plus jeunes aux plus âgés, autour de l'amour des chats! On peut boire un bon café (glacé l'été), il y a des pâtisseries & des soupes & sandwichs. Les chats qui sont là peuvent être adoptés aussi.Voir plus

Good food! Good coffee! The cats are very lovely. I've gone several times now- & the only reason I *wouldn't* return again is the children. Every time I've gone, or any time my friends have gone- there's no expectation for parents controlling their children. Kids are allowed to manhandle the kittens, which is extremely unpleasant to watch. Parents are never expected to control their children's behavior- & I've had young kids crawl under my table & practically upskirt me- or have had children try to play on my table while I have food & drink. I would return if ANYTHING was done about this.Voir plus

The young girl at cash is the only person to speak to if you have questions. She was very helpful & explained what to pay attention to (no picking cats up or feeding them). I got a matcha latte - nothing special or groundbreaking but I'm happy the funds go towards housing the cats & taking care of them. The cats are so playful & energetic! They respond well to cat toys especially. It was invigorating to just sit & cat watch, lol.Voir plus
