I love them for doing that. 10 out of 10 in my book
the restaurant is inside a building, if you are not from montreal you might have a hard time finding the place.
the restaurant gives an authentic carenderia vibes limited seating.
Food is good we had the pares, bulalo & pancit. everything was packed with flavors & delicious.
Service was good they also offer some filipino baked goods.
I will definitely visit this place again when I visit montreal. Definitely recommended
If you like Crab Rangoon, Oxtail Kare-Kare & Bulalo Pares this is the place for you.
.
I've had a bunch of Philippino style food before but here at @buboymtl it's like comfort & wholesome cooking had a baby. It's definitely on the heavy, put you in a coma, style vibe & I love it.
.
Really nice traditional spot that has been serving up the NDG area of Montreal all summer & giving people a delicious take on amazing Philippino Cooking.
.
They also have this amazing Cantaloupe Juice that is super refreshing & at times they even are known to do a collab or 2 with other great individuals like the master behind the Halo Halo Donut I had from @deuxbecs, really the master of donut making himself!
.
If your in the area you guys are lucky because coming into the winter season, these guys are Gunna keep you feed & fat all winter long 😅.

I have to honestly & say I love the new & improved menu at @buboymtl & especially the new location. It really fits them better & to have a set menu with a hand full of bangers is all they needed!
Its just simple comfort philipinos food done ohhh so well me & my buddy couldn't get over how delicious everything really was! If your going through Chinatown & you need a recommendation, go here!
My favourite stop on a recent food tour.
Eric accommodated our large group, took the time to walk everyone through their menu, explaining each dish & making recommendations. Amazing service.
The food matched the service. Incredible flavours in the Pancit. Also tried the Miki with extra pork - incredible fall dish. Real comfort food.
A little difficult to find at first because they're located inside a small mall, but their stall has a really interesting vibe, & we got our orders very quickly.
10/10 need to go back!
A+ pancit tapioca noodles (great texture & bounce) with a soy, calamansi sauce & super crispy lechon.
Vybz.
Staff is also kind & friendly.
Worth a visit or two.
One of my favorite meals I had in Montreal! Pancit & Pork Belly were super tasty & really great value. Definitely recommend checking out.
super snack philippin, un jus de cantaloup, pancit & lechon en triple combo avec kinilaw! un regal a 2
merci & @ la prochaine!
cheers
Delicious! This was my first time at their new location, however I've eaten at Buboy's multiple times so far & it's always amazing. One of my favorite restaurants in Montreal. I really liked the sliders & the pancit sauce was so good.
Went to their new location at Place du Quartier & it was a great experience! The Pancit Canton was so good :)
Their Pancit Canton reminded me so much of the Lucky Me version of the dish. Very tasty & the homemade noodles were nice & chewy.
Also had the grilled octopus kinilaw, very refreshing & a good amount of octopus!
Went there at 11:30am (since their typical hours start at 11am), & they were still closed & were opening later at 12. So i wish they posted that on Instagram before hand. Also they could post their new menu online.
Saw this place on Social Media & decided to check it out with some friends & boy did we not regret it. Nice little Filipino restaurant that served what I'm told is authentic food & I believe it. I had the Pancit Canton which were stir fried noodles that were well seasoned & nicely spiced. I added Lechon for an extra 4$ & it added a nice meatyness & crunchiness that was complimented by the seasoning & texture of the noodles. Definitely worth coming here.
