About us

Welcome to the BreWskey Taproom, Montreal’s Old Port brewery!

Just four years since the opening of BreWskey pub, the Taproom opened in 2019 as an expansion of the pub, in order to accommodate our ever growing clientele. Above all, it is our passion for brewing that led us to create the new space: we can now brew our own products on site!

It has been a true labour of love, and the result is Old Montreal’s newest hot spot – seating for 100 people, open plan kitchen and brewery running at full steam, and a large outdoor terrace facing the port itself. It has quickly become a crucial destination spot in Old Montreal for lovers of top quality local beer and food.

And that’s what you’ll find flowing from our 30 beer taps: local and regional products we are proud to offer. Come and taste the best of Quebec at BreWskey Taproom in Old Montreal!

Brewskey - Brasserie Artisanale qui nous offres une tres grande variété de bières mais surtout une cuisine raffinée. Cet endroit nous réserve une ambiance à la hauteur du Vieux Port de Montreal.

Nous sommes venues ici au premier jour & en fin de voyage. On a été ravie de la qualité du service, des boissons & frites que nous avons commandé. De plus ca a été un plaisir de découvrir leur cuve de brassage sur le chemin des toilettes.

Had a awesome time on the patio! Friendly staff & great beer, really enjoyed their IPAs. The restaurant had a high chair also which was appreciated!

Great beer & atmosphere on the waterfront of old Montreal. Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon & had no problem getting a seat at the bar. The "Festivite" DDH IPA with Cascade & Southern Cross hops was excellent.

Le service était assez lent au début, & le serveur pas très aimable à l'arrivée. Ensuite, une expérience 5* & des gentils conseils qui ont amélioré la soirée. Continuez le bon travail BreWskey, vos bières sont excellentes !!

Très bonne place pour boire une biere artisanale. La nourriture y est aussi très bonne, je recommande ! (Note pour le propriétaire : l'odeur de graisse cuisinée est très présente dans la salle côté vieux Port. Un réglage à faire avec la ventilation en cuisine peut-être)

Great location. The south side cocktail was very good. Service was efficient. If you are looking for a fairly priced drink in the old port this might be a good spot for you. Their food menu also looks pretty decent. The vibe is also good.

Tout était bien correct, SAUF l'odeur de la cuisine & la boucane qui piquait nos yeux. Les hottes de la cuisine ne doivent pas fonctionner. Ça gâche l'expérience

This place is an absolute disaster... for my diet. I've had 249 different beers here in the past year & that's not counting the ones I keep going back to. & yes, they came with delicious snacks too. It is either Stockholm syndrome or just a great place for beers! Go & find out. Cheers to the whole team, we have a record to beat for 2024!

Tous étaient super, j'ai voulu faire découvrir votre place à mes collègues de travailles & ce fût un succès tous ont appréciés & en plus, j'ai fait découvrir vos smoothies bières. Bref, bien satisfaite comme toujours !! & bien hâte de faire découvrir votre place à plus de monde. Surtout certains de mes collègues veulent retourner d'eux-même. Bref, mission accomplie!
