Welcome to the BreWskey Taproom, Montreal’s Old Port brewery!
Just four years since the opening of BreWskey pub, the Taproom opened in 2019 as an expansion of the pub, in order to accommodate our ever growing clientele. Above all, it is our passion for brewing that led us to create the new space: we can now brew our own products on site!
It has been a true labour of love, and the result is Old Montreal’s newest hot spot – seating for 100 people, open plan kitchen and brewery running at full steam, and a large outdoor terrace facing the port itself. It has quickly become a crucial destination spot in Old Montreal for lovers of top quality local beer and food.
And that’s what you’ll find flowing from our 30 beer taps: local and regional products we are proud to offer. Come and taste the best of Quebec at BreWskey Taproom in Old Montreal!

Had a great experience at Brewskey! The servers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, & attentive from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, & everything was served fresh & full of flavor. The relaxed atmosphere & excellent service made our visit even better. We'll definitely be back & highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food & outstanding hospitality!
Great Tap room. That had 20 beers on tap & yet more in cams to go... So I did both, had a nice IPA whilst there & brought a four pack DIPA back to the hotel. Would never have found it, if we hadn't. Gone to the market to have a look round. Very nice experience & would recommend for a quiet craft beer experience.
I had the Radler & Brew Juice & they were both perfect. We also had the smoked beef grilled cheese & it was delicious. Great outdoor seating, service was wonderful & fast. Highly recommend.
Brewiskey is easily one of the best spots in the city to enjoy a beer, especially if you're looking for a great outdoor patio experience. Located in the beautiful Old Port area, the ambiance is unbeatable. I spent an evening there with friends, & it was just perfect - laid-back, vibrant, & full of character. The street outside adds to the charm, with its historic vibe & lively atmosphere, making the whole experience feel special & relaxed.
The outdoor patio is spacious & well set up, making it a great place to unwind with a cold drink in hand. Whether you're catching up with friends or just enjoying the evening air, Brewiskey offers a chill setting that's hard to match. The beer selection is solid, with a range of options to suit different tastes, & the service was friendly & attentive throughout the night.
While I didn't explore much of the food menu this time, the overall vibe of the place is what truly stood out. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back - not just for the drinks, but for the atmosphere & the experience. Highly recommend Brewiskey for a relaxed night out in Old Port.
Toujours un plaisir de boire de très bonne bières chez vous. La cuisine est délicieuse, on est toujours bien accueillit. Je recommande a tout mes amis depuis que j ai découvert cet endroit il y a 5 ans.
After the loooong wait to get served, we were seated after a short wait for lunch, we finally ordered everything at once as we were famished & thirsty after walking for the better part of the morning & early afternoon in the vicinity of Montreal. We ordered beers, 16 oz, my partner 10 oz. I can understand hers being small, but my 16 oz Orange Radler which came in a relatively small glass, not a beer glass did NOT seem/feel 16 oz. I looked through the menu & I see the biggest size is 16 oz, yet 3 guys seating a table over got 3 beers in what they were normal, tall glasses. My chintzy lil glass did not satisfy my thirst that hott day & I would not recommend drinks at this establishment. Food maybe, but definitely not the small drinks they offer for the high, expensive prices. Ohhh, & it seems all their beers are tart. If you like that suit yourself, possibly ONLY during the summer as they wouldn't work as winter/fall drinks. All in all, I wouldn't come back here or recommend it.
