We had such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, & our server Melissa was truly the highlight. She was kind, attentive, & made us feel so welcome. It's rare to get service that genuine - we'll definitely be back & asking for Melissa again!

She had the perfect balance of professionalism & warmth - friendly, attentive, & genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect.
The food was outstanding, every dish came out beautifully presented & full of flavor, & the drinks were just as impressive. Mellisa's recommendations were spot on, & her attention to detail really made the night feel special.

We tried this restaurant during the MTLaTable event, & honestly it was a disappointment among all the restaurants we tried during the event period. The food selection was mid, & the taste was mediocre at best. Everything tasted salty & the food served wasn't warm. Service was decent with a good selection of wine, but the food at dinner service was a major let down.
Melissa was an absolute joy. She was knowledgeable about the menu & was so attentive. The menu was delicious- I had the steak frites & it was amazing. Love the atmosphere. We will come back when in Montreal again!
Highly recommended! We had a marvellous lunch for my birthday. Melissa was a fantastic server & the food was wonderful. Everyone at the restaurant was thoughtful & went above & beyond on my birthday.
Nous sommes allés déjeuner à la brasserie 701, le menu table d'hôte était excellent particulièrement la mignonnette de dorade. Les cocktails sont également délicieux, nous avons particulièrement adoré le cocktail « Le Mont Royal » au Hennessy VS avec ces saveurs automnale & sa vanille fraîche !

Stepping into this establishment was nothing short of AMAZING! The French architecture of the building & surrounding areas was mind blowing. From the food to the decor & inside aesthetics, this is an absolute brunch experience you don't want to miss when visiting Montreal. Our waitress Melissa was such a warm soul with a pleasant attitude & just an overall zest for life… she made our dining experience incredible! Kudos to her & the entire wait staff. My husband really enjoyed his birthday brunch!
I decided to have some lunch at this french restaurant in Montreal & I was blewn away by the freshness & flavor of the food!
The service here was great. I chose bar seating as I was for one, because of this I had a chance to interact with a few of the service team & they were able to help me decide what to try on the menu! They were also very friendly, accommodating & relatable!
This was my first time having beef tartare & let me tell you, I'm so glad I tried it here & not anywhere else! The flavors of the tartare were elegant but bold & blended together so smoothly in every bite. If your having any thoughts about trying the beef tartare, I recommend!
The food was excellent, & the resturant had a very nice atmosphere to it. However, the service left a bit to be desired. The food took a long time to come out, & the waiter forgot to bring us our bread basket throughout the course of our dinner.
