I came from Colombia to visit two of my friends & we had the absolute pleasure to be serviced by Melissa. The food was fantastic & her service was impeccable. I would recommend anyone looking for a cute spot with delicious food to come here!

In questo ristorante ho mangiato una delle anatre migliori della mia vita, personale molto gentile e cortese, ambiente curato e carino. La fascia è medio alta, ma ne vale la pena: prendendo un bicchiere di vino, un piatto principale e un dolce diviso abbiamo speso 68$CA a testa. Il ristorante serve molti piatti a base di carne e pesce ma ci sono alcune opzioni vegetariane come la ratatouille (ma non tantissime)
We were a party of 4 & had dinner at Brasserie 701 last Friday night before going to the Aura light show at Notre Dame Basilica across the street. We were greeted with friendly & attentive wait staff. Also food came out pretty quickly. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations with good portion & the price was very reasonable. I ordered moules frites & there were lots of mussels. The white wine sauce was flavorful. Everything was good & we enjoyed the dinner very much.

Can I just say I absolutely love it here. First of all Melissa was our waitress & she was so pleasant; literally so sweet & attentive. She made sure everything for us was to perfection. Secondly, this was THE BEST BRUNCH FOOD! I had the Lobster Benedict & it was so amazing. I can't sing their praises enough. If you're looking for food in Montréal run, don't walk, to Brasserie 701!
Was searching for a spot to eat in & tried this place as a walk-in. Even though we had no reservations, they seated us at one of their high tables in the corner & we had some great people watching views. Food & service was great. Too full to try the desserts.
